I am sending a reply to the Revdex.com complaint #*** that was filed on 11/29/by *** ***This Issue has been resolved with *** as of today 12/7/I have spoken with *** *** multiple times since he filed the the complaint on 11/29/The root of ***'s issue was that he was
reaching out to a former employee's direct phone line and emailThat individual is no longer employed by our company*** had worked on a technical support issue in the summer of and felt she could help again but did not reach out to our published communications linesAs soon as *** reached out to the published support lines and sales contact info, he immediately got a reply and attention to his issue within secondsThe details in short-*** finally reached out via our Live Chat option on our website the day of 11/29/approx 1:pm and I was able to make contact and help with some technical support and to assess the situation with warranty work that may need to be executedResolution To This Event : We issued him an return Authorization on 11/30/as we require him to send his simulators back to the factory to be checked by our professional team and circuit board tested for the warranty issue he reportedWe tried phone support and remote login into his computer to resolve this issue on (11/30/at noon) as quickly as possible from the first recorded reportIt was discovered it needed direct repair from the factory to see what issues the system may have*** owns two of them so we decided to send one sensor back at a time for repair so he could keep playing indoor golfThe solution actually took a better turn on 12/7/as I reached out to confirm he sent the system back for repairI turned this negative experience into a happy consumer and he ended up purchasing another systems and spending another plus with our company to have more units to be used during the down time it will take at factoryIn light of this information I would appreciate a positive review to this issueI was able to resolve the issue, exceed the customers expectations and gave him such a positive experience that he has purchased thousands of dollars more of our product
