This is the worst utility company aroundThey are a bunch of crooks the send shut off notices even after u have made payment this company does not care about it's customoursThey have caused so many so much undue stress do to their faulty billing they over charge for services and the do not work to ensure any good custmour relationsI never had experienced anything like this in my life!

I just moved into the address and they want a copy of my lease before they turn on my water I am sick and tired of no waterNo matter how many times you talk to them they won't listencan you help me?

Awful customer service and billing issuesshut off my water service and did not check it that it was paid a day before the shut off, on top charged me $re-connection fee for something that should not have been shut off in a fist placeDisgraceful company, really wosh I can use another water service providerHorrible business

March 10th I believe was the date there was a water main break directly at the end of my drivewayIt damaged the road in a severe way and my
DrivewayThey fixed it quickly and left the cold patch down for over three months the road is caving in and sinking I am damaging my vechilclesThe water company already paid for damages via their insurance company and now my other car is getting beat upThey refused to answer my calls back and let me know what they plan to do to fix this issueSecond they poured the sidewalk down that was broken incorrectly it collects a 8’x4’ patch of water around a inch deep when it rains now they pitched it incorrectly and I have several calls in on that issue as well winter will be dangerous thereI had sink holes in my yard my fence was damaged and they came to fix that as well and as a whole and as a valid paying customer I received zero information on when it will be addressed in the proper mannerI am a stay at home single dad of a and year ol
