I have proof of me shutting the hood of customer *** *** car from surveillance video in my shop with the date titled on it, which happened 1/09/4:57PMI shut it all the wayHe took his car home for days before bringing it back to my shop on Saturday 1/13/He could have damaged
the car on his own without my knowledge than brought it back to my shop and force the blame on meIf the hood was not shut all the way, it would have made a noise or rattled when driving for days while he had his carI have been a mechanic for about years, I have had the shop for about years, and I never once had a customer complain about my servicesI am trying to be reasonable with customer *** ***The steering wheel is not damagedI explained to him that the steering wheel lever needed adjusting and now the customer knows that*** filed this complaint on 1/13/and he came to my shop again on 1/15/to fix the shift cableWe talked about this complaint and everything seemed to be fine, so I do not know where to take it from here but I just want to be carefulSent on: 1/20/9:42:PM
