Excellent customer service
I have used your product for a number of years the Kratom is excellent. I truly appreciate the availability of customer service by

To whom it may concern,Regarding the complaint, ID # [redacted] , that you have received concerning our business PA Botanicais we are placing a response.Our mission is to provide the best products with our best serviceOf course, there will be times when a customer doesn't feel that we have met with their expectationsIn this instance, the customer placed an order for 50g bags of UEI on 6/17/We received an email on 6/22/where the customer stated that she did not like the product because it made her feel anxiousWe offered to exchange it and she declinedWe then offered her a refund for the unopened bags to which she accepted and our shipping manager sent her a return label.A little over a month passed by and on 7/26/we received another email from the customer asking about her refundWe checked our facility and our store front and realized we never received the returnWe checked the tracking number of the shipping label and according to the USPS site the label had not been usedIn that same email, she also mentioned that she had gotten sick from our product and had to go to the hospitalShe said that the product had a horrible taste and a smell reminiscent to paint thinnerNone of this was mentioned in the first email when she initially talked about using the productAlso in the email, she said her cousin tested the product in the lab and it tested positive for paint thinnerPer our return policy for a full cash refund-products must be sealed/unopenedFor opened returns 90% of the product must be present to receive 100% store creditEven though we had not received the unopened bags we wanted to still compensate her so we offered her a cash refund for the opened bag if she wanted to send It back and store credit for the missing bagsShe declined saying she wanted to keep the UEI and that she would call the post office about package that they had to have lostOn Aug 3, she emailed customer service stating that the post office located the lost package and told her it was definitely tampered with and they were sending it on to us(How did they know it was definitely tampered with?) When we finally received the package the unopened bags of UEI were opened and out of grams altogether there was only 57g between the two bagsAt that point, we were willing to give her a cash refund for the amount of product we actually got back (and would have been willing to give her store credit for the difference but she did not want it) but requested a copy of the lab report so that we could forward it on to our distributorPlus, we wanted something to corroborate her claimShe has not sent us anythingShe wants the refund firstThe UEI that was returned had no smell or an appearance that was out of the ordinaryAll bags were made at the same timeAlso, there is no paint thinner in our facilityAny chemicals on site are for cleaning purposes only and are kept in a designated closet away from the product and anything used to package it As quality is one of our main goals we follow GMP guidelines and our product and tools used are FDA approved food grade containers and utensils.In closing, we were more than willing to work with the customer and make things rightWe offered her several optionsWe were even willing to go against our return policy to provide resolution but she did not hold up her endAs of today, we haven't received a copy of the reportEnclosed I have provided the emails as proof that we did indeed try and help herIt is never our intention to cause any of our customers to ever feel like their needs and satisfaction are not a priorityPlease feel free to call the General Manager with any questions or concernsHer Name is Nikki and her number is ###-###-####, Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.Sincerely,PA Botanicais

attached is a photo of PA botanicals "UEI" kratom compared to what the real UEI should look like You will see that PA botanicals product is dirty and contains some sort of black substance that should not be in it It is also a dark green and should be a pure light green with no black! There is something horribly wrong with their product! There are several complaints posted online about their kratom! I have attached a few of others complaints as well
