PA Cars and Trucks Reviews (%countItem)

These people changed the minute I Paid and drove off of the lot! All of the referral numbers changed the day we bought a second car from them. I’ve gotten hung up on, screamed at, completely ignored, by everyone of there salesmen and managers! They try to keep secrets from the boss about numbers the customers are paying. They say they offer a 90 dat warranty but there’s NO SUCH THING! Everything about this place is unprofessional, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. The cars are from the auction that they buy over internet and sold as is but they will tell you the cars are all inspected. I bought a warranty from then and the warranty co finds loopholes to get out of coverage. ABS bad. I could have killed someone with bad brakes. Also inverted water pump. The car has been in shop for 35 days and I still do not have it back. 2600 dollars for this abs repair. They set up appt w garages and I go there and noone knows who they even are. Promised me extra key and said they sent it when they did not. The worse customer service I ever had anywhere. Never return calls until I said im writing reviews then returned calls. Very shady.

I bought the car on *** after communicating with the seller. I was told the car runs great and the AC does too. First red flag, was that the AC wasn't working so they said they will waive the dealer's fees to give me some extra money to fix that. Which was fine. Then I drive off the lot on my way to Maryland and the vehicle breaks down on me less than an hour later. I call them they tell me they will try to send a mechanic to look at it but no promise. No mechanic showed up. Incurred hundreds of dollars in towing cost and alternative transportation to get home due to the defective car. The dealer kept referring to the fact that the car was sold as-is, which it was, but I was also told repeatedly that it drives great. Which it clearly wasn't the dealer finally realized that the vehicle wasn't as described and finally offered to have it fixed and split th cost of the repair. He then tells me that the repairs have been done and the "vehicle looks great". But due to my experience with them I asked that they drive it for at least an hour to see if there aren't any issues and make sure he has the receipt to document the repairs to I have warranty on parts and labor and can also verify that the amount he asked me to pay $755, is actually half of the total cost that we are splitting. He tells me he'll see what he can do; two days later, tells me he couldn't have anyone drive it for an hour. I said, i'll come and look at it but I need the receipt. As of the date of this complaint, the seller has yet to provide me with a receipt and just expects me to pay the amount he is telling me to pay. First he tells me that the mechanic isn't available at his office and is away doing some work out of state, and then tells me that he has been doing business with the mechanic for years and never asked for receipt and just expects me to take him at his words despite my less than ideal experience working with them and not describing things as they were... now threatens with daily storage fees but can't provide receipt

Customer purchased a bus with over 180k mile. Customer came here inspected the bus for 4 hours there were no issues with this bus. When he test drove it he never complained about any issues so he purchased this bus AS IS WHERE IS HOW IS . Later he drove the bus home after a 2 hours of driving this bus a belt came loose and cause the fan clutch to go ,and caused the bus to start overheating, after checking bus here for 4 hours and no over heating or issues stuff does happened on the road. We told him even though it was sold as is with no warranty and this problem was not a existing issue get it back here we will split the cost with you out of courtesy ,Then he agreed . below are pictures of receipt that was paid JUST for fan clutch was 440.63, he always knew and seen bus had no right side mirror ( was advertised like that) he asked for us to put one on and he will pay for it which we did . TOTAL REPAIRS THAT HE OWES ARE $755 TO US. He agreed to pick up bus yesterday 9-17-2019 at 12 noon which he never did we drove and checked bus for overheating issues for 8 hours letting it run and drive it . As of today's date if bus is not paid for the repairs or not picked up by Friday the parts will be taken off and bus will be towed for out front of our place of business Thank You Vlad

I did not inspect the vehicle for 4 hours. And did drive the vehicle for less than an hour when it broke down. But the main reason for the dispute is the fact that you did Not provide me with any receipt for the repairs, othet than the $400 and some change that you have attached here. We are splitting the cost of repair. You did not provide me with any proof of the actual cost of the repair thst you did not do yourself. I need the full receipt to show the actual amount that was paid in total so I know what my portion is and so I can be protected if and when the repairs are faulty. You were unable to provide me with any receipt othet than that one, and expect me to pay $755 with no proof of actual cost of the repair. I need an objective proof of the cost, not what you have told me. Because otherwise, you could say the repair was $5000 and expect me to pay $2500. The only way I know how much I owe for my portion of the repair. I simply cannot comprehend how it can be difficult to obtain such a basic proof of purchase from another business. In this case, a third party mechanic who did the job.

I drove 3 hours to look at a 2015 truck that I was told had a sunroof by the salesman(Rick) when I specifically inquired. It did not (Lie #1). I informed Rick that I would be arriving before their 9 am opening and would like to conclude our business as quickly as possible as I had other plans for that day. I arrived at 8:50 am and then had to wait 1.5 hrs for the manager who had the dealer tags with him to arrive so I could take the truck for a test drive. When I asked if the truck was warrantied, I was told that all newer vehicles come from the manufacturer with a 4 year warranty and that this truck was probably still under warranty (depending on the original sale date of the vehicle). After purchasing I learned that the original sale date of the vehicle was 10/14 and therefore was out of warranty (Lie #2). I was also assured by Rick that even if the original manufacturer warranty was no longer valid, "All vehicles sold by us come with a 3 month 4500 mile warranty". When I went back to deal with the finance manager I was told that their vehicles were not warrantied(Lie #3) but since they appreciated my business they would sell me the implied warranty for $100 "even though this warranty cost us $500". He then proceeded to pull the details of the warranty up on his computer screen- the warranty cost was listed as $175 (Lie #4). They do not do their own tags and titles there, they expect you to drive an untitled, untagged, uninspected vehicle around the block to the people who do their tags and titling for them. I was upset by the amount of time wasted and # of lies I had been subjected to and forgot to do this before I took the vehicle home. I called and explained that I had neglected to get the paperwork taken care of and was assured that it was no problem, they would have the title and money I paid for tags and titling sent to me. It has been 7 weeks since I paid for this truck and I still do not have the title or refund, just numerous more lies from them about when I would be receiving them.

This issues has finally been resolved as I received my title and tag/registration/title transfer refund from the dealer today. Thank you for your intervention.

Door isn't opening after buying van 2wks ago. It is under warranty. No return calls after 1 wk. Manager isn't there, nobody can make service appt, and 2 different guys answering the phone last wk and this wk is "new, just started today". I keep getting different answers and no names. Also, bought vehicle w/o state inspection and I didn't notice until the next day. I brought the van to a shop the dealership told me to go for inspection and they just put a sticker on it...the van was never inspected as I watched the whole time. Also, there were hidden fees. I believe I am getting the run around and they are hoping I just go away...after all I am just a dumb girl. Also, when I asked when the oil/filter needed to be changed (which should be done prior to sale) he looked inside the window and said in 1k miles. When I got home the sticker in the window was from 2017!! So now I have to get it changed since I have no idea when it was done.

Charged me sales taxes reg fees etc. in my finance contract and also sent me to a *** Tages on ***. and they also charged me for sales taxes reg, etc .

I recently purchased a vehicle from them listed at $6900 put 2800 down. I go through my paperwork today and they completely lied to my face. They got a loan for $10972.50 when I already had paid $2800 cash and a total sale price mind you listed at $6900. They are having me financing a total$13772.50!! How?? I cant believe I didnt catch this while purchasing the vehicle. The dealer was beyond dishonest nor did they do what they said they would. Such as detail the vehicle cover the registration and temp tag which they had me drive 40 mins away in the snow and pay another $100. Said they would top it off with gas and fill the flat tire with air didnt do either. Didnt do anything said they would take care of. beyond dishonest and completely disappointing.

I purchased a vehicle with PA CARS AND TRUCKS an little over a month ago and the first day of driving the vehicle home my fiancé and I noticed that the car shakes and has like a little bird chirping that comes out of it. When we tested the vehicle at the dealer it was fine because we tested it going around the corner, when we asked to drive it on the hwy, tony said that there was a lot on construction so it wasn't possible to test it on the hwy. So driving my vehicle home to New jersey which is about and hour and a half away we started to feel the vibration and hearing the noises. As soon as we got to the house,we called to notify them of these issues. Christian the man who made the sale said to bring the car back in for repairs. so the next day we did and later was told that the car is good to go,but it wasn't. So we had to bring the car back and leave it for 2 days. Again, called to pick up the vehicle and it still had the issues. As my fiancé drove the car home the check engine light popped up. Now frustrated, he called and told them there mechanic does not know what he's doing. One of the managers by the name of LEO, told my fiancé that he has to drive the car over a 100 miles for the check engine light to go away. so he did and nothing. As we were driving home, the car backfired and began to stall. My fiancé and I contacted the dealer. He spoke with LEO again nd told him we were bringing to the *** dealership to have it looked at. We did and the *** dealership advised us that they sold us a complete lemon to return the vehicle. not only did the vehicle have the 3 issues that we know of it had 12 other issues on top of it. I contacted the dealer and spoke with a LAD because no one else wanted to assist me. Lad advise me that we had a third party warranty that was emailed to me with my initials that I did not sign myself because I did everything electronically! the *** dealership said that that warrant is bogus. $22 thou later and they will not take the vehicle back. etc......

I am rejecting this response because: Again, Vlad is lying.....

I did not sign any warranty papers! I have proof when that document was signed, I was at work and have a letter from employer as well as my time card! Vlad states that we put thousands of miles on the vehicle, when in fact it has only been 1200!

500 going back and fourth, taking it to your mechanic, getting the license plates and the other was you guys driving it to test it, to see the why the car was shaking and chirping! What was told my fiance to drive the car past 100 miles so that the check engine light would go away on its own. Then we had To drive it to a licensed *** dealer to get it diagnosed because your mechanic did not know what he was doing! I have phone records that state all the phone calls that were made to your business as well as Christian R's cell phone! I do not need to lie! Instead of you coming up with a solution to this problem, you took the money and brushed me off. What type of business are they running! How many other people was this done to? The vehicle has been sitting on my drive way since then! We had the car for a month and a several days and have not got to enjoy or drive it around because it is not safe to drive. It will not even pass inspection because the engine light and issues still occur. So what am I suppose to doing, pay for a car that is a complete LEMON?! I WILL NOT LET THIS GO! I am a hard working american citizen who pays my taxes and you will not take advantage of me.

Regards

The truck I bought has several things wrong with it and the dealership has tried to manipulate me cause of being young and if I back out they are gonna keep my down payment but the things that need fixed cost close to my down payment and they want me to drive truck down even tho it’s not safe to drive what so ever other than that I have to get it towed down there for them to fix

I financed a *** 2014 *** on March 12,2018 with this dealership. I currently have temporary plates which expire on May 10,2018. My issue is that, I've contacted the dealership so many times and I was told they will respond back and I haven't heard from them. In my contract the Connecticut registration fee is included and paid for by the bank. I haven't received any registration paperwork from them. In three more days my registration expires. The other bad situation is that the radio display wasn't working. I showed it to the manager before leaving the place. They said they would fix it. I ended up fixing it myself and it cost me out of my pocket. They continue saying they will talk to the boss, but didn't do anything.
