I have sent all responses and such as requested  and yet I am still being harassed and [redacted] fitness  has not responded  to  any of my contacts  either through email or otherwise. They claim to be working  with me but they are not nor have they stopped anything they where previously doing. I have sent the certified letter  as well as an email  to  the person below  informing her that all contact will be via email or certified  letter. No response  was give. That was two or three weeks  ago.

September 8, 2015I am responding to a complaint that I received about my business from [redacted]. In March 2015 [redacted] signed up for a gym membership and personal training (both 12 month contracts). Her contract states she will pay $19.99 per month for 12 months and her personal...

training contracts state she will pay $100 per month for 12 months. Please see the timeline below in which payments were made:3-24-15 [redacted] paid $100 for her personal training downpayment/first month of personal training sessions and $19.99 for her first month gym dues
4-10-15 Completed a personal training session with one of our certified personal trainers.
4-15-15 Completed a personal training session with one of our certified personal trainers.
4-21-15 [redacted] paid $19.99 for her gym membership.
4-22-15 Completed a personal training session with one of our certified personal trainers.
5-29-15 [redacted] paid $19.99 for her gym membership.
7-12-15 [redacted] paid her second (of twelve) $100 payments for her personal training sessions.
No further payments have been received. We have worked with her in the past and waived a service fee that was a result of her late payment. We would be happy to work with her and waive her current late fees and services fees that again, have resulted from her account being past due.
We will cancel her personal training contract, but we need to collect her balance for her gym contract. Please contact me with any questions.
Thank you!

Response to Complaint ID [redacted] states she come in and cancelled her gym membership "in August or September" but we do not have a cancellation letter on file.  Our notes state that on August 3, 2015 she froze her gym membership for four months.  When [redacted] froze her account she was not charged during that time, but she had a payment due on Jan 1, 2016 when her account unfroze.  That payment did not go through so our billing company contacted her.
For [redacted]'s convenience, we have cancelled her account with no further payment due.

GO RETRO!!!!

Review: Signed up for a membership with the gym. I was told that it would be 19.99 a month yet I was being charged each month 19.99 along with an additional 100.00 a month. When I called to inquire they told me that this was for personal training. I told them that I would not be interested due to my work schedule I would not be able to make the personal training meetings. They told me that this would be a credit on my account and it would be held for me until I could come in and use the personal training. I requested cancellation twice with 2 different managers and was told that it would be cancelled. I continued to be billed the 19.99 along with the 100.00 for several months. I called and requested cancellation again and was told it would be done--it was not done. I called the corporate office and was told that I would need to speak with someone at the gym. I was told to come in and sign a cancellation form--I complied. I signed 2--I cancelled my credit card since they did not comply with my cancellation requests. I am now receiving harassing phone calls everyday along with letters which state I still owe them 19.99 for June, May and July. I called again to ask for what I spoke with manager Rachel who states I still owe 400.00 in personal training and I cannot cancel until it is paid. However, I have never used the personal training nor the gym since signing up and have paid more than what was required. I want this cancelled, a letter confirming cancellation and no more harassing phone calls!Desired Settlement: I want the gym contract cancelled, a letter confirming cancellation and any remaining balance that was overpaid refunded to me immediately.
