I have been working on the patient , but when he was last in our office he has not expressed things in the same way his wife does below and certainly not with the same amount of anger I have read her comments and will describe to you what is going on to the best of my ability but I do see some things in some of her statements that I will attempt to make clearer and more understandableSometimes for example I have seen with patients...abutments come off (a part that screws into the implant) ..but perhaps this Is not the same as an entire implant coming out......Or....as she described in his case(she mentioned him almost swallowing an implant his sleep)......I would have to examine to know what changes have taken place since his last office visit..This also impacts the prosthetic device as well.....but if there is a way to address these....we try to acccomodate even if it means a New prosthetic device.and /Or surgery.....etc I would like to examine him of course , radiographically and clinically, confirm any new findings, and had planned to retreat based on his healing and readiness, etc....clinical timetable I would be glad to keep his treatment going and try to help resolve this and as always my patient family is of my highest concern .....I want him and his wife to be happy , informed, and satisfied and we have been closed several days here in the last month so that may have affected some of our office flow etc Talk to you soonEd

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Revdex.com received a message from the consumer that for the 2nd weekend in a row the dentist scheduled to meet them and blew them off concerning having the patient's teeth fixed. The customer wants a refund and to be permitted to go elsewhere to have work done.

Revdex.com spoke to business and the following was relayed: Normal procedure is to have reimbursement done through the corporate office, which can cause a delay. In an effort to help the patient avoid any further delays, I am going to express mail the patient a personal check in the amount of $2,200 to amicably resolve the issue.
