PA Quality Truck & Reefer Repair

I have a small trucking company, 4 trucks. I had 1 brake down on ***, in Edison NJ. My complaint is not with the service the company provided, it is with the price gouging of the parts used. specifically an air dryer and reservoir tank. When I recd the bill I called PQTRR and "RYAN" told me that is what THEY paid for the parts and to call the dealer about the price. So I did, and found that even without an "account" with the supplier the price was significantly lower than what I was charged. With an account (which I am sure PQTRR has with the dealer) the amount would be EVEN lower.
Price I was charged for Air Dryer- 899.99.
My price through dealer 480.63..
difference of 419.36
Price I was charged for Air Tank Reservoir 215.65
Air Tank Reservoir through dealer 117.69
difference of 97.96
So the difference of price is 517.32
Total bill was $2294.59 for a road call. That is obscene. I
understand that they need to profit as well. It took 5.5 hours. But they charge $150 an hour and 16.00 per bolt; I am sure they profit well. I feel that the price gouging of stranded, desperate truck drivers is ridiculous.
