Hello,Thank you for contacting usMr*** did bring his truck to our shop to be checked out after getting it back from another shopWe did tell him that it did not need a new engine and it still does not need a new engineWe told him when he first brought the truck that we would get it in as
soon as possible as he did not have a scheduled appointmentWe got the truck in to diagnose it and it told him that it needed catalytic converters and the pipeHe then told us that he did not have the money to get the parts and that he would need some time to come up with itIt took him a month to come up with the money for the parts and he still does not have the money, he asked if we would move forward and then let him pay it off and we agreedWe told him there was more than one problem with the truck but we needed to find out the cause of the converter failure firstWe installed the parts and continued diagnosing the truckWe tried to call Mr*** several times at the phone # he gave us *** and the phone has been disconnected, never once when he called us did he think to give us his new phone numberI called Mr*** this morning after you provided us with the new phone number and told him that we were removing the parts that we installed and he could come and pick up his truckWe will not be charging him anything for the work that has been completed, he knew that it was going to take time to get his truck done as we were working with him on paying off the billWe have included a picture of the converter failureFeel free to contact us at *** if you need any other information

We did tell him that it did not need a new engine and it still does not need a new engine. We told him when he first brought the truck that we would get it in as soon as possible as he did not have a scheduled appointment. We got the truck in to diagnose it and it told him that it needed catalytic converters and the pipe.
