 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
I spoke with the bank yesterday and today. They said they received no paperwork from dealer on paying off the balance. They also said they didn't receive any paperwork for the dealer to receive the title. In other words the bank says they haven't spoke to anyone from the dealer. I just want the car paid off so I don't have to make any more payments. I also see you have the car for sale already. How do they plan on selling it without the title. I just want this resolved as soon as possible
Regards,

We reimbursed customer for the first payment on the loan, fully paid for the rental.  We tried to exchange this car with the bank, but based on customer credit situation we were not able to provide different car at this time, and not able to get approval from any conventional banks. We can offer fully refund or return of the vehicle to the customer once it's completely fixed. Thank you for understanding this situation. Dear Sir/Madam:

Previously I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com against USA Exporting, Inc. regarding the purcase of a 2005 [redacted] and the mechanical problems that resulted within 24 hours of said purchase.  As you are aware, this matter was not resolved with the Revdex.com, therefore a Complaint was filed with the Philadelphia Municipal Court.  As of this date, this matter was settled out of Court, and part of the settlement was that I would contact the Revdex.com to advise of said settlement.  The vehicle has been repaired and my costs have been reimbursed in this matter.  Thank you again for your help and assistance in this matter.

Sincerely,

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
The only semi factual statement is that I do not live in the neighborhood, however, I do work in the neighborhood!  To be exact, according to mapquest, I am 96 miles away from their location.  Yes the vehicle did drive fine to my residence, wherein I pulled into my garage and left it there for the evening.  The next morning when I went to pull out of my garage is when I had an issue!
With regard to the “following day I took said vehicle to my local mechanic for further inspection” is far from the truth.  I backed out of my garage at my residence when I heard a loud clanking sound and the car shut off.  I called my mechanic and he made road call to my house to access the situation, wherein it was then towed to my mechanic’s shop.  At which time, I spoke with Ken to advise of my dissatisfaction and the problem at hand, wherein Ken advised that the matter would be paid by them.  My mechanic also spoke with Ken on the telephone that same day, indicating about the problem with the crank pulley and water pump, Ken again indicating to my mechanic that they would make payment in full for the charges.
With regard to communicating and settling this matter, no one has contacted me, my mechanic, returned any of my telephone calls and/or my mechanics telephone calls to them regarding this matter.  To date, this is the only response from them, which took a day shy of a month and several attempts on your behalf for a response that is non-factual to the complaint filed on May 6, 2014.  As to why, I contacted and filed said Complaint, is because this matter has not been resolved, they have failed to return telephone calls placed to them, failed to make payment for this issue at hand, and continue to fail to contact me and/or settle this matter as of this date, June 5, 2014.
In addition, with regard to my mechanic being certified and/or qualified, in my opinion (and I am sure many of his other customers) he is certified and more then qualified.  He has been in business for years, has worked on my other vehicle since it was new in 2001, which that vehicle currently has 412,000 miles on it and runs great, so I think my mechanic is doing something right!
Thank you for your continued assistance in this matter.

On October 31, 2015, I purchased a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Throughout the year, there has been some major issues, but at the end of the day, I commend Igor of PA Auto Sales for resolving the issues one way or another. Igor is one who does try to work things out with his customers without it being taking any further. Yes, I would recommend this business to others, because to be honest, there are some dealers who want nothing else to do with you after the sale. That's not Igor.

Please accept this letter as a confirmation that this matter was resolved. Customer pick up his registration and vehicle was serviced and tires replaced on it.
Please close this case and update our dealer rating with Revdex.com.
Thank you.

Review: On April 17, 2014, I purchased a vehicle from Ken at this auto dealer, at which time the battery was replaced because the car would not start. On April 18, 2014, this vehicle had issues of not starting, my mechanic made a road call and assessed the situation wherein the crank pulley came off, vehicle had to be towed to mechanic, at which time the water pump was damaged from the crank pulley coming off. I and my mechanic spoke with Ken, who assured the matter would be paid for. Vehicle was returned to me, drove the car less a few miles and car had another issue, returned to mechanic, the issue was assessed to be related to a fuel problem. The fuel filter was clogged and replaced, spark plugs were replaced and catalytic converter needs to be replaced. April 29, 2014, Ken indicated they were going to pay the initial bill from the mechanic and have my car towed to them for the catalytic converter to be replaced. My mechanic also spoke directly with the owner, George, about this matter. To date, no one has returned my telephone calls, my mechanics telephone calls, I have a car payment coming due and have had this vehicle in my possession for less then 24 hours. The original bill due to my mechanic was $1019.70, the bill now with the fuel filter, spark plugs and catalytic converter is $2360.22.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate receiving the money expended on a vehicle that I have had operational less then 24 hours since purchasing. None of these issues were disclosed at the time of purchase. During each telephone conversation with Ken, this matter was to be paid and/or resolved. Not only was this expressed to me, but also to my mechanic.

June 3, 2014Dear [redacted], Representative of The Revdex.comThe following is a response to ID# [redacted] purchased a fine vehicle from our dealership. Her 2005 [redacted] was fully serviced and inspected prior to sale.[redacted] lives and drove the vehicle several hours drive from our dealership back to her house without incident. The following day, she took the vehicle to her local mechanic for further inspections. We are not certain that . [redacted]'s mechanic is certified nor qualified to work on such vehicles as [redacted], but we are certain that the vehicle was in perfect operating condition when she left the dealership. It seems a bit coincidental that the vehicle had mechanical issues as soon as her mechanic 'checked' the vehicle. We have an excellent reputation in the area and have sold thousands of luxury vehicles such as [redacted]'s [redacted]. We have communicated and assisted in settling this matter. We are a bit confused why [redacted] would have taken this step to contact Revdex.com, as we have done everything in our power to make her happy. We will be contacting [redacted]to resolve any outstanding issues.Regards,

Review: I bought a car from USA exporting and auto sales back on 11/14/14. First they claim that they had to up the sticker price of the car in order to get me approved for a loan, I agreed to it, I really needed a car at the time. The asking price was $11,900, including my down payment I ended up paying a little over $15,000. My loan included all charges for tags and taxes. Now i'm getting calls from them saying that I owe them $1,200 for the tasgs and taxes that I already paid for. So, now they are holding my registration, saying that I have to pay them in order for them to give me my registration.... Which I already paid for. Can you guy please help me out, If I'm wrong them I'm worng, but I already paid them, they shouldn't be taking advantage of people, just because our credit isn't perfect.Desired Settlement: I need the registration to my car.

Review: We purchased a 2004 [redacted] mini van from usa exporting and auto sales. The car the sold us is a death trap. Engine pieces are rusted out and studs and lugnuts are missing from the tires. The air conditioner went right after we bought it. Everything has to be replaced. We can't even get it to pass inspection and we have not even had this car a year. I have to put three children under five years old in the car and do not feel safe doing so. I have called them about the issues we are having and their solution was to have the car repossessed. We have already put out thousands of dollars to keep this car running so I can get my daughter to school. And it has not become extremely unsafe to drive. They sold us this car fully aware of the issues it had. And did not care about the safety of my family.Desired Settlement: Fix the car or take the death trap back and get us out of our loan.

Response:

Please accept this letter as an explanation. Customer purchased the vehicle back in March 2014. This vehicle was sold AS IS. We ready to work with the customer and can assist him with our service facilities. We just do not understand, how customer can open a dispute 1 year after the fact he purchased the car.

Please help us to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Thank you.

Igor A.
