Customer purchased vehicle on Aug 4th[redacted] - on Sept. 3rd we mailed her a registration and new decal - on Sept 12th - cust came into dealership and advised she did not have a tag for the car - on Sept 15th - the dealership applied for a lost tag - on Sept 17th - the dealership received the...

replacement tag and the customer was called to advised same. 
 
Please note - cust did have a valid temp tag on her vehicle when she left the dealership with the car; however, the title clerk was unaware this was the situation at the time of purchase - had she had known - a replacement tag would have been requested at time of registration.  Also, due to the fact the customer had a temp tag on her vehicle during this period of time she was never unable to drive the car.
