This complaint was filed by a customer in regards to a centrifuge and how it was advertised by Pace as "Good/Great condition," which in the opinion of the customer was misleadingThe customer claims the item was defective upon receipt in that it vibrates excessively on the tabletop when running.The

Pace Analytical Services - LabOps Division has contacted the customer and worked out a resolution that is acceptable to the customer. The customer will not be charged a restocking fee and will be refunded the purchase price minus the shipping return fee

Our QA dept. has been in touch with the customer about this complaint and he is unwilling to discuss the situation until we have made a final decision about his request for at least a partial refund. I am rejecting this response because:
I don't believe I should have to pay any restocking fees for this situation.
