I scheduled a cleaning with Pace Dental. They cancelled on me due to Covid-19, which is understandable. However, they kept telling me they could not verify my insurance, so they called me the morning of my appointment telling me they could not verify it. So I spent 30 minutes trying to get it from insurance and showed up on time at 11:00 am for my appointment. I had already filled out my paperwork they gave me in advance. They went ahead and did xrays and then told me I had signs of gum disease, then told me they didn't have enough time to clean my teeth, which is why I came in. They told me I was supposed to be there 30 minutes early. No, I was on the phone with them at 10:30 and my appointment was five minutes away. Then while I was sitting in the chair, they started giving me a hard time about not being their early. It was very stressful an embarrassing. I have notified my insurance to not pay them.

Billing Adjustment Pace Dental should not bill for what they did to me. I am so humiliated and they didn't clean my teeth, they rufused, and that was why I was there.

We at Pace Dental Care strive to deliver the highest quality dental care and service possible. Every complaint, regardless of circumstances, is taken very seriously. For that reason, Pace Dental Carewelcomes any patient that is in any way dissatisfied with their experience at our office to bring the issue to our attention so that we can work together toward an appropriate resolution. Unfortunately, due to HIPAA legal limitations, we are not able to comment or respond to any specific medical allegations in this forum.
Should this complainant be a patient of our office, we would welcome him/her to reach out to us directly so as to resolve any ongoing issues.
