D***, Erica *** From A.JDwoskin & Associates, Inc Called me and sent me email said they refuse to extend my lease due to my son is older than month nowShe sent a pdf (http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/consumer/tenant/tl-handbook.pdf.) to me and say based on page I can not live in one bedroom with my wife and my son if my son is beyond month old
I point out there's nothing in page of the document against meThen she said it's company policyAnd no matter what they won't extend the lease
I think it's discrimination of my familial status

Over two months ago, I sent an email requesting the end of my lease and then followed up with two more emails specifying that I had not received the standard 60-day-notice paperwork or the date of my leaseMy emails were not responded toI am now about to be charged fees for not notifying the complex within 60-days, despite the fact that I submitted requests well in advance of the required due-date, and I was not responded to or contacted to provide me with the needed information
I have lived at this complex for nearly years, and there are definitely systemic management issues (though the maintenance staff is very very good)I probably would have moved out without complaint, but there have been serious issues now for years and with the threat of being charged fees that should not be assessed to me based on the negligence of the office staff, I am entering a formal complaint

The vibrations from the neighbor above me have effectively evicted me from my apartment, as I cannot stay with the constant pounding and the sound of the ceiling about to giveWithin the first week I notified the leasing office with numerous recordings, the first solution proposed was a noise complaint, but I saw it unwise and ineffective considering the vibrations are due to the structural integrity of the ceiling and not tenant's daily routine and movementsThe second option proposed was to transfer the tenant above me in months (sometime in October) to vacate the apartment and redo the carpeting and padding - which is an unreasonable and unacceptable solution considering the period of time in which I would enduring the soundsI have approached the upstairs neighbor, and upon introducing myself and informing him of my situation, but the sound and situation has become unbearable
