So I am a previous employee of Precision Opinion. I quit this job before I decided to Move into a new appartment. My new appartment complex needed certain documents from Presision Opinion to verify I no longer work there. They refused to give me confermation that I do not work there any longer. They refused to return faxed documents from my apartment complex, They then sent back the documents blank... With the wrong name... and then finally after faxing them several times they returned the fax.
They Refused to give me information I needed. They started hanging up on me, and refusing to answer calls from my number. As soon as I called from a different number they answered right away. They reception is terrible, the HR personell are rude and unintelligent.
due to the incompetance of this staff I have been unable to move into my new apartment for THREE WEEKS. I have been HOMELESS because of their lazy useless staff. Its so insainly difficult to believe this is happening. I have money I should be able to live in a home.. have a roof over my head and a warm bed. But thanks to these people... I can't.
And on a side note they do not value their empoyees at all. They are completely expendable. Do not ever do anything with thi company. Do not work for them, do not accept calls from them. Just don't.
