Dear Mrs. [redacted]First off let me apologize on behalf of our company for the late response on both this complaint and your refund. We are not accustomed to running our business in this manner. We deal with hundreds of transactions on a daily basis and unfortunately sometimes some of them...

can fall through the cracks. Unfortunately that was the case with your refund. I did my research and followed the trails of both email and orders as well as when our system showed your refund. I noticed that you were not refunded until after we received this Revdex.com complaint. That is unacceptable to me, and rest assured I have reprimanded the necessary parties within my employees. We pride ourselves in our customer service and are here to help, if you were ever unsatisfied with our product you have every right to redeem our guarantee, which you did. However, it was not handled in the appropriate manner, and again, for that I apologize. We did issue you a full refund on August 17th 2015, in the amount of $119.95.
