The customer service here varies from apathetic to hostile I was paying bills online and for some reason my bills were not sent, unknown to me, and they shut off my water with no notice, on a degree day When I had a leak in my line by the street, I called them and when I came home from work there was a note taped on my door reading 'YOUR SIDE YOU FIX", and my yard was still flooding I really don't like dealing with them
