Review: I hired Pacer Design Studio (www.[redacted]) to design and create a website. We entered into a written agreement on 8/13/12 and as of this complaint date (2/5/14), there is still no website. I have made repeated phone calls and sent numerous emails and have received no response. When there is a response, it is a request for "a few days" to go over the site. "A few days" turns into a few months and I hear nothing. I have requested a refund and have not received a response. My last attempt at a phone call, I was told they need a few days to re-familiarize themselves with my website and we agreed to a time for a call the following week to discuss. I called on the date and time we agreed to and received a voicemail. Now they have gone unresponsive again. I have lost over a year with this project, paid a total of $750 to date and am not able to get that money back and have no website (not even a half of a website or an unfinished website) to show for it.Desired Settlement: The full amount of $750 that I paid returned to me.
