In fact, *** *** entered into a catering contract on November *, for a wedding scheduled for July *, At that time, *** *** and his fiancée met with Pace's *** ***, *** ***, and paid a $deposit for this eventA copy of this "Event Contract” is enclosed
In December 2013, *** *** left as the *** *** for catering and has since opened his own business in Mattituck, New York*** *** has unlawfully solicited every single catering event client and has wrongfully convinced the majority of Pace's clients to use his new company for their catering needs
Recognizing that the needs of Pace's catering clients were paramount, each Pace's client was contacted in writing and advised that Pace's would release them from their contract and return their nonrefundable event depositEach client was advised to request a refund in writing and acknowledge that Pace's was relieved from performing the catering contract
Upon receipt of this correspondence, *** *** has since requested this refund and his (nonrefundable) deposit has in fact been returned to him

Please be advised that the above named complainant has filed a complaint against the wrong business. The complainant, [redacted], entered into a catering contract with Paces in Port, Inc. (t/a Paces Steakhouse), located at [redacted] and not with the above business.

In fact, [redacted] entered into a catering contract on November *, 2013 for a wedding scheduled for July *, 2014. At that time, [redacted] and his fiancée met with Pace's [redacted], and paid a $1000.00 deposit for this event. A copy of this "Event Contract” is enclosed.

In December 2013, [redacted] left as the [redacted] for catering and has since opened his own business in Mattituck, New York.
