Hello ***, Please be advised that Pacesetter was the managing contractor of *** ***It was built by and for the Greater Austin Homebuilders Association by vendors who donated and volunteered to build this home with proceeds going to Ronald McDonald and Dell Children’s Hospital
Pacesetter also donated their supervision. Mr. *** is well aware of whom he purchased the house fromI have asked our landscaper to replace the tree, but there is no guarantee on the tree If the homeowner does not take proper care of it. If the tree was alive when Mr*** occupied the home, that’s the only responsibility the Builders Association has Please notify Mr*** to direct any other issues he has directly to the Austin Builders AssociationForward this e mail to him Thanks *** ***

I reject this as a valid solution to a problem which they (Pacesetter Homes) started to begin withThis is un-acceptable, especially coming from a business which claims it provides excellent service, customer care and superior productThey sold us a house in good faith stating everything was as they describe in their business modelA clear lie which they are now trying to hide behind late replies and a subpar acceptable initial offer to fix a defect the first time we initially told them it was flawedI am very disappointed in Pacesetter Homes and in the ability of their management to fix a very simple problem and take care of their so called valued customersI have lost all faith in Pacesetter Homes/Reytex and above all, Mr*** and his teamIt’s sad and disappointing when a business turns their back on a customerEspecially when we are dealing with a home that hundreds of thousands of dollars were spent onI consider this a Bully tactic, down right disrespectful, unreasonable and unprofessionalThis is coming directly from a customer who bought and experienced your product and know I am not the only home owner that has experienced problemsI kindly reject your response

I am rejecting this response because:I have not received any response from the Pacesetter/Reytex Homes in any capacity since the complaint was filed I have made numerous phone calls to the Pacesetter/Reytex management and they never pick up, acknowledge or return your callsThis is a classic response where they state Pacesetter/Reytex Homes didn't receive a response to their proposalWe rejected their offerThey offer an unfair ammount of compensation for a flawed product sold to us masked as top qualityThe Stained Concrete floor option holds more value and our proposed settlement is more than fair.

march 25, 2015 [redacted] Dear [redacted], Please find attached a copy of the warranty information on your windows. You closed on your home on 6/30/2009. Pacesetter purchaded the windows through Pro Build Lumber...

Company. As noted in the warranty document, the window has a one year warranty and a 10 year warranty on the insulated glass part of the window if it is found to be defective.
