Review: I bought tickets to a Nicki Minaj hosted event sunday night at this location they had advertised that Nicki was hosting, Not only did Nicki not even show her face. When I emailed the ticket vendor they said the definition of hosting doesn't mean that you have to show your face to your fans who paid 58 per ticket to see Nicki. I have proof that she was in fact not there. And that what was advertised was not met. There are no pictures of her at this event, no videos. I also went with 5 other people who are witness to this. I am disgusted that I was made to wait outside until 1045 in negative 45 degree wind chill weather just because we had to wait for the guest list this event was suppose to start at 10 pm. They kept saying Nicki Minaj was in the building all night but she never showed her face nor said anything on the mic. If you need any proof of anything I can supply it.

Review: Pacha NYC promoted and ran a concert for DJ R3hab at Governors Island on July **. The tickets when bought say show your ticket at the door and access will be granted. Let me state that I purchased this ticket for 60$ from their partner [redacted] When my friends and I arrived we were denied access due to the over capacity of Governors island along with hundreds of other ticket holders as well. A security member told us that the event was over sold and the island was at its max. Afterwards a Pacha NYC representative named [redacted], came and explained the issue at hand, he told us that the island was at its capacity and they could not let the rest of us on. He then suggested we email the company to get a refund of our money. I am filing this complaint because after spending 60$ for the ticket, traveling to NYC, and then waiting 2 hours on line a the ferry we were told to go home. I find this practice of over selling an event unacceptable and criminal like making thousands of dollars off customers who couldn't even gain access to the event.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of a 60 US dollar check sent to my home or credit card refund.

Review: I had to check in my coat in "their coat check" where they told me it would be safe. Later on in the evening I found out they had given my coat to someone else. they kept telling me that they are looking for it but no one moved. It took hours for someone in management to speak with me and I was left waiting in the cold. when I finally spoke with someone in management, they told me someone would get back to me the very next day which no one did. I followed up with various emails and I wouldn't get a response until days later and when I did get a response it was someone letting me know someone would get back to me regarding this issue. which till this day I still haven't heard back from someone.Desired Settlement: I would like a full reimbursement for my coat which is $180.

Review: Went to concert on 11/**/14 (chain smokers) at Pacha nyc.I was denied access because the bouncer said my dr.lic. was a fake. Im 22.5 years old. After much discussion he let me in without a wristband which means I was under 21. Once inside went to another bouncer to see if he would honor my dr. lic. and he also said it was fake. Not only did he say it was fake but he took it from me and bent it in half and said "see if it was real you couldnt do that". My dr. lic. was destroyed! This was totally uncalled for and obviously these people dont know the difference between a real and a fake ID. Needless to say he escorted me and my friends out of the club and we didn't get to see the concert. I have tried repeatedly to call the club to speak with the [redacted] and also emailed them. I spoke with a woman there ([redacted]) who said she had delivered the message but I have yet to receive an email or phone call from them. Several reviews on their website talk about them doing the same thing to other people. (saying their ids are fake) but they took it a little to far. Im sure management is aware of whats going on because there have been several reviews about this. My friends and I drove 12 hours from South Carolina to see this band and spent over 200 dollars total for our tickets and we didnt get to see them.Desired Settlement: I would like the club to pay me back for the tickets my friends and I bought 218.00 dollars. I would also like an apology from the club for the inappropriate behavior of their security guys. Maybe they could also send them to a class on how to tell the difference between a fake and a valid ID!

Review: On December [redacted], 2014 I attended a concert at [redacted] in [redacted] that was run by Pacha Nightclub NYC. I accidentally lost my claim ticket for the coat check room and was unable to obtain my jacket when I left. On January [redacted], 2015 I went to [redacted] to attempt to retrieve my jacket. I was informed that everything from lost and found had been placed in a trailer by Pacha and was now in their possession. I then tried to contact Pacha. It is now January [redacted], and after repeated daily phone calls to Pacha, the response I am receiving is that they do not yet know when this trailer will be unpacked and therefore are still in possession of my coat one week later. I have been told by an employee at Pacha that many people are calling to retrieve their belongings and Pacha refuses to give anyone further information as to when belongings can be claimed. In addition, phone calls have been met with animosity, and several times staff members have hung up.Desired Settlement: jacket return
