Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Start date of work 1/21/Not only did Inspector fail the roof and flashing around all skylights, but I have suffered? damagesSpecifically, skylights no long open with multiple? holes in wood, the? siding that their? crew damaged was? replaced but does not match as well as is cut and not sealed so now open to rain under window, metal scratches and roof adhesive to brand new TREX deck (did not protect at all), trash left at site, side wall wood shingles knocked off need replacement, etcI have a log of all calls, texts, emails, photos, etc to support my attempt to communicate with companyThey have failed to reply since 7/13/Happy to support this claim with additional photos taken this past weekend, 9/2/16.I want to hire alternate contractor to correct deficiencies and damagesIf this cost is less than original contract, I will pay the residual dueIf the cost is greater than remaining balance, I want to be compensated to make me? whole.? [redacted] has had multiple opportunities to schedule the work, but has failed to do so as well as pay the deposit she would have needed to do so.The terrible job she referenced was a metal roof we nearly replaced after her son damaged the first by walking over itIt has passed local building inspection and the inspectors even confided in us that she was attempting to persuade them to find *anything [redacted] wrong with the first roof.I find it telling that she wants out of her contract because the work has taken too long to begin, but then laternie mentions it was because our other work was badIf the work was bad, why would she be upset about the scheduling? [redacted] is attempting to keep Insurance money for the 2nd projectPeriodWe no longer want to do the work for her, but will not be bullied by libelous claims on this platformShe will be asked to remove this fictitious account of events or we will be taking legal actionShe has already been told we are letting her out of the contract, but we expect to be paid for the dozens of hours of time spent preparing it to the stage it currently is in

We have reached out to *** *** directly and are now investigating whether we will be able to resolve this amicably to everyone's satisfaction over the next few days
