I am sending my apologies for not having all of my documents The reason being, my lab Infocus, is writing a letter stating my quality of workSince it is of one concern at hand, I feel it is of importance to have a company with high qualifying standards to speak on my behalfThey stated the letter would not be ready until mid to end of next weekIf necessary I can send the other documents I haveThey are the contract signed by both Mrs [redacted] and I, our business brochures stating package information, zip drive with a few of this weddings photographs, emails she sent, my messages I planned to send her but did not because of being sent to the Revdex.com, my letter to defend myself and soon the letter from infocusThank you, I look forward t lot coming to a resolution, [redacted]

Pachuca has listed a lot of non related topics in her responseLet's stay on topic and discuss the issue with our photographer pleaseIt appears as if the topic is being diverted from the real issue hereThis might be another example of misrepresenting a situationNo one here said there was an issue with food or with any other vendorI never called the floristHonestly, My bridesmaid called and I calmed the situation down by talking to the florist and mediatedPachuca is bringing up subjects she knows very little aboutLet's discuss photography.Some how things are being avoidedAgain, We purchased products and services for over $1,dollarsdollars in which we have been given: less than decent/usable wedding photos, of a poor quality, in print, and on a CD Pachuca has admitted to giving us less than quality pictures in print and cd, from a hour time frame When we picked up the photo album, MrsPachuca stated some of the prints were fuzzy and some may be lighter than othersShe tried to reassure me everything was fine and if we needed anything reprinted she would take care of itShe even pulled one of the photos as an example to show mePachuca then explained all her albums have been out of stockShe was unable to fit the full 250/photos into this particular album she was providing usThen told me if I wanted to add more myself, she could get extra album sleeves from home and I could do it myself When we left, I contacted Pachuca and told her she was rightShe did give us fuzzy picturesAnd if she wanted to look at them, almost all are fuzzy and the pictures look like the printer was running out of inkWe tied multiple times to contact Pachuca, she continued to avoid usPachuca claims to not being lateWe believe she took a photo to show the timeI'm glad she does thatAlthough that does not help her caseNot only did the photographer show up an hour late to the church, a lot of pictures were not takenPachuca missed the entire rehearsalMrsPachuca showed up minuets before we left the church from rehearsalShe then expressed to me outside the church she was going through a lot at the time and " was not all there"This might help understand why she was late to the wedding The photographer asked us to choose a time to be at the church for photosWe chose 10:30amIn one of our last meetings, she asked if she could post pone until 11:30am, With us having plans to be done w/ pictures by 1pmReluctantly we agreedWe expressed how much time we felt we needed before Services started and Pachuca insisted she only needed one hour to accomplish everythingMorning of the wedding, Pachuca text messaged me and said she was running lateShe messaged a little after noon saying she had arrivedIf she says she was unable to find me, I was already in the church dressing room w/ my maid of honor and waiting for herZero pictures were taken of the bride getting readyLast minuet there was a dress malfunctionAsked Pachuca to start taking photos of the girls in the mean time because not all pictures required the brideShe took candid shots of the girls sitting around but nothing of great valueBy this time, 30min had gone by between meeting w/ Pachuca and when everything was suppose to be completedPachuca also said she would have everyone wait outside the church, if we wanted to get all the pictures done before the ceremony startedI felt that was rude and unnecessarySince the photographer was the one late, why should we make everyone else who shows up, wait outside in the summer heat and sweat in their nice clothes? So we sat around until the wedding startedThe wedding service pictures are not the only pictures they were hired to doWe paid for the ceremony tooSo we do not understand the argument regarding time being wasted after the ceremony when no specifics were mentionedI believe we paid for 6-hours but a minimum of 6hoursHow was this not enough time to get everything completed? To address the pictures that were not taken, Pachuca asked us for names and wrote down people of importance to take pictures of and withWe called after receiving the thumb print cd and she acknowledged to not fulfilling our contractWe did not have photos w/ the grandmothers or combined family photos togetherThe bride and groom did not appear to be the center of attention in our wedding photosAfter bringing these things to the photographers attention, she volunteered to go to one of the grandmothers homes w/ us in our dress and suit, to take picturesAs nice as that may be, is an inconvenience to all partiesEspecially the grandmother being she can not walkPlus the price it cost to prepare for wedding picturesPachucha has acknowledged to us not fulfilling those duties Pachuca has mentioned the CDs,in which we paid forIt's true, Yes she gave CDsMaybe she also failed to mention she closed down her place of business In doing so, we were no longer able to meet with our photographer to view our wedding pictures, as we agreed to in our original meetingMrsPachuca had asked in our original meeting, if we could come back to her office and pick out the pictures we want on our CD and in our wedding albumWe Do not understand why they would reply saying we insisted on the thumb drive? Her statement has zero truth to itPachuca wanted us to choose photos for the collage albumSo she gave us the cd to choose fromWhen we realized we were to choose 200-for the album and she only provided us w/ less than 270to even choose fromThe situation began to not make senseThey said 200-pictures would be usedSo at this point, we felt obligated to use every photo with flaws just to have picturesThey claim to have over shot pictures, and disappointingly not enough How were we to pick out the photos we wanted to use and not use? We felt at this point, we were obligated to use all photos even the imperfect ones, just so we could have pictures Pachuca told us she didn't give us the full because half were not that greatAlthough, when she finally gave us our CD, she included all the imperfect onesThe photo album shown to us in the meeting, was a collageMrsPachuca showed us one of her children's collages as an example of what we would receive in our package We never saw the plain photo album or knew anything of it until we saw it unpon pick upPachuca said this collage album came with our package and cost $We asked why $250? MrsPachuca explained this to include all the time and work that would go into creating a special albumIf we knew she would give us a generic album and just put pictures into plastic sleeves, we would not have purchased it Pachuca is being asked to refund our purchase of the albumPachuca photography has been asked over and over for quality picturesThis bears repeating because I will now quote my original complaintWe feel mislead and were given missrepresentation of product servicesFurthur more, the album we finally eventually received, almost 90% of the pictures have poor quality printingHow do you excuse poor quality of work and misrepresentation? We have tried to resolve all issues with Pachuca, before having to resort to all of thisWe have exhausted all other avenuesWe would appreciate our refund so we can pay someone else to provide us with quality product and services The photographers did work and did take picturesWe are not disputing that.Their time is very valuable We feel $1,we paid is very fairWe understand time was spent making an album she provided usThe album was not what we asked for and the pictures need correctingWe also purchased $photo album package.We were given a cheap & flimsy album of dollar store qualityWe were mislead when purchasing these packagesPachuca failed to deliver the quality photo album and service she displayed in her office, in our appointment with herWe never received the quality callage wedding album that was advertised to usWe feel mislead and were given missrepresentation of product servicesFurthur more, the album we finally eventually received, almost 90% of the pictures have poor quality printingThe color is faded, some pictures are pixelated, and The photos are not even in order of how the even too placePachuca has acknowledged an issue with the photos MrsPachuca told us if we had an issue with the pictures, she would take care of itWe have tried contacting MrsPachuca numerous times in the last daysWe have asked to please make corrections to these products we receivedWe have reached out and have failed attempt to any type of responseWe feel we have been extremely patient, and and nothing but polite through the processWe need to find a photographer who wants to help us w/ our wedding photos We payed people for hours and out of all of it, We are extremely disappointed in this company and would like all of this to be corrected.If Pachuca photography is going to continue to ignore us, misrepresent their services and products, then we would like our $500+$back from them, so we can find a photographer who wants to help us w/ our wedding photos and help us to correct what Pachuca has failed to completeWe would never recommend Pachuca photography to anyoneWe received less than pictures for our entire wedding dayWe payed people for hours and out of all of it, only 250+ photos??? When we have a client call for an appointment, we began by telling them what we offerWe explain album types, photographers, time frame, and priceOnce they decide to come into our studio they are given a brochureIt too explains in greater detail each package with pricesThis couple choose package Please see attachment of brochure for package infoAlso see attachment of contract that shows in detail what they choose along with signatures and dates by the bride and myselfAs we tell all potential clients we over shootOn this day we shoot imagesFrom those we, at our discretion, choose the bestWhich is usually between and imagesOn this day we kept imagesOur wedding albums are the same as they have always been for yearsThey are purchased from Infocus here in OrangeThere was a complaint on what was shown at the appointmentThe only album we had was the smallWe had no collaged albums that dayThe collaged albums are hard to keep because of their popularityI do try to get people to upgrade to the next package which is the collaged albumsThis is apart of salesThere also was a claim we where an hour lateAll my images are time stampedAs all digital is these daysOnce we arrived at the church we get all equipment ready and put togetherWe photograph the inside of the church to check all settingsBecause of this now we use it for showing our arrival timeOn this day our first images is at 12:32:So we arrived @ 12:to 12:Then we set out to find the bride she had not made it by this timeOur time start for the wedding was 2:Now as I am trying to get bridesmaids together for photographs we had to wait because there was a mix up with foodThen she had to call to make a complaint with the bouquet and the brides maid flowersThere was an issue with her dress as well so we were unable to begin for these reasonsNot because we where lateWe were 1/hours earlyAt the end of the ceremony we began family photos as we are getting the brides family set up she stormed off to the back of the church into her dressing roomI was a bit shocked, this has never happened to me before so I asked her mom what happened she made a comment and I said, “Well she is my bride and has paid me for a job we have to do something.” and I went to check on herShe told me her siblings had upset her with their behavior at the alterIf there are any images not taken this would be the reasonPixelation and color faded images are not how we conduct businessPlease see the zip file attachment for some examplesA letter from Infocus will be sent at a later dateIt will explain the quality of these imagesOnce our day was done the bride and groom needed to leave because of an issue with another vendorThis vendor was part of clean up and was claimed that they left with all the foodI spoke with this vendor at a different wedding and she said it was in the refrigerator and this was a hard wedding to deal withShe also said if I needed her file about this wedding she would step forwardWith all this being said I know I have fulfilled my end of this contractAlong with an extra CD of every image (All 589)Something I never do but she insisted on seeing all the images of the dayIt took several hours to reduce the image size to be put on a CD for viewing purpose only, which I was willing to do against my better judgementThey are simple thumbnails not meant for reproductionAlso along with the Full resolutions CD she received with her albumThis can be used to reproduce if they so chooseIt would serve me well if this couple never recommended to anyoneNo offense but Ihave never been so disrespected and lied about to anyone, let alone to the Revdex.com, in all of my years as a photographerBest regards,*** *** owner Pachuca’s Portrait Studio
