I am the class dealer the suppressors are being shipped toI spoke with the NFA in reference to the suppressors and the forms were never submitted to even start the transferI had to fly to Colorado to meet with the attorney and detective who said he was very familiar with the business because of the shadow ops auction but knew their company to be known more for carsIf a refund is issued to my business address within the business days I will drop this entire issue or I can continue with my civil claim that entitles me to travel costs and triple damages I am fine with either but as I stated I would like this within business days as it seems like the hammer is coming down on this company soonCheck can be made to *** *** *** *** ** *** *** ***I will remove no comments as they were truthful and exactly as writtenI paid for items immediately and received nothingTheir auction company confirmed they received my 07/SOT and as I stated my paperwork which is a form was never filed so the claim they were sent and then returned is a blatant lie. This is the complaint I was thinking it was. [redacted] purchased two silencers through the liquidation sale of "Shadow Ops" on 3/30/2015. Shadow Ops was a Fire arm and Fire Arm Suppressor Company that Pacific Auction Company was asked to liquidate by the investment company that owned all the...

assets and under the supervision of the ATF, the FBI, The IRS, the Colorado Attorney Generals Office and a host of secondary creditors.   Pacific Auction Company was contracted to conduct the Auction online with Proxy Bid to sell the Fire Arms and The Investment Group the legal owners of the now defunct Shadow Ops Firearms. We were the intermediary for all fire arms sales using the FFL (Federal Fire Arms License) for Pacific Auction Companies. This License only allows us to ship Fire Arms not Suppressors (Gun Silencers). The Shadow Ops investment group retained a third party vendor with a Class III FFL to ship the Suppressors only to states where they could be legally sold.   The auction took place, funds were collected, all Firearms and Suppressors were shipped out to an FFL licensee designated by the purchaser to see that proper background checks and all Federal, State, and Local laws were up held. Every item sold through Pacific Auction Company was shipped out within three weeks of the sale date. [redacted] chosen FFL never picked up the item and it was subsequently shipped back to the Shadow Ops Level 3 FFL. Pacific Auction Company collected the funds Disbursed them to all legal creditors.   The Shadow Ops Investment Group continued to operate for approximately 60 to 180 days after the Auction. We were in contact with [redacted] when he (apparently) did not receive his two suppressors that had been returned. We repeatedly told him to dispute his charges through his Credit Card Company because we had no way of knowing if The Shadow Ops level 3 FFL re-sent them to him since we had paid them for all consignments and they were no longer a contactable entity.  Our staff even encouraged him to file a complaint with the Colorado Attorney Generals Office to see if they could intercede on his behalf with the new Owners of Shadow Ops or the Level 3 FFL neither of which we had any power over since paying them for every consignment. Pacific Auction Company at this point did not know if [redacted] issue was an isolated one or if more problems existed in the suppressor sale than we currently knew about. [redacted] took to social media to claim many different things up to and including that Pacific Auction Company was in collusion with Shadow ops and that he was speaking with an FBI investigator about us.   Late November of 2015 we had had no contact or further complaints about items "not received" from the Level 3 FFL or any other Auction Customer who had Purchased from the Shadow Ops Liquidation sale. We had also not been questioned by any Federal, State or Local law enforcement agency so we felt comfortable issuing [redacted] a full refund for the 548.30. (see picture of check dated 11/30/2015) The check was voided when we realized [redacted] had again taken to social media (Shadow Ops Angry Customer Facebook page) claiming we were under investigation for criminal wrong doing. That gets us to our Facebook account where I received a message 6/26/2016 that he was flying in to Denver ...    "  I will be flying out Wednesday morning to sign charges and filing a civil claim with the lawyer I retained in Colorado. The detective said he was stopping out to talk to you to respectfully ask to refund my companies money as a courtesy to us before having to fly. I told you I would not stop until your company seen it's day in court."(Direct quote from the message he sent us on the Pacific Auction Company Facebook Website)   [redacted] is probably owed a refund. We have no way of knowing for sure if he ever received his Suppressors(Gun Silencers) from the level 3 FFL. We have paid the Legal owners and creditors on time and in full for all items consigned to Pacific Auction Company. We would be happy to re-write a check to [redacted] for the full $548.30 knowing this is a direct loss to Pacific Auction Company but we will need a letter from him retracting any and all of his Misleading statements that we may publicize on the same social media outlets he used to try and undermine our credibility and weaken our business.   We realize that refunding a customer for some things not under your direct control is the cost of doing business however we are not prepared to do this and then have him continue his false accusations in any public forum.   Thank you   [redacted]

[redacted],  please thank [redacted] for his prompt response. [redacted] states that he has retained an attorney which means he is represented and all of his communications should go through his attorney. We would be happy to clarify our position through his chosen legal representation. TThank you
