Customer leaves our shop and comes back about an hour or greater later stating that WE (Pacific Audio) broke his rear convertible window. Customer stated that we left his "Car seat" in the rear of mustang compartment.  At the time of the speaker replacement the rear seat need to get removed to replace the rear speakers.  We removed the seat replaced the speakers and put everything back, the car seat was placed in the  rear seat or rear shelf  WHICH WAS VERY VISIBLE for the rear view mirror, and also VISIBLE from Rear window Due to the window being CLEAR and not tinted.  I stated to Customer "How do I know that somebody else broke the window and you placed the car seat there we don't know that.  I stated I wasn't going to replace because the damaged wasn't cause by "US".
