This complaint is being taken care of by the Insurance company and Our shop manager. The customer has an appointment to get his concerns addressed. However, he is asking for repairs that were not part of the loss The insurance company is not willing to pay for repairs that did not
happen in this claim. So I am not confident that this will be resolved to the customers complete satisfaction. However, Stavros Auto Services and Pacific Auto Body & Paint will make every effort possible to complete this to the customers satisfaction! Dean S*** 541-926-

The customer has been told by the insurance adjuster and our manager that all the repairs related to the claim have been repaired.  If he has other complaints he needs to make an appointment with me and I will do my best to help him.  Dean S[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The items that were not caused by the claim were caused by the shops lack of knowledge or care about fixing my truck properly and damaging the parts during the repair. In regards to my originally claim they still have not fixed my roof panel seals and they removed my rain guard on the right side and didn't replace which I didn't complain about but they left the adhesive tape residue and chunks behind on my truck where it used to be. And there is a few other things that are not fixed that they replaced
