that contributed for us to be in this situation: when we made the appointments
you did not show up for them and that delay the arrangement,

cars that we knew were ready at that time, but you wanted something much
differentYou choose a car and that car works just fine the only issue with it
was the air conditioner which we agree on fixing since we were told by the
mechanic we only need it to add FreonYou said that you would bring your own
mechanic to check that car and make sure that was the best for you but once
again you would show up after or before our appointmentsAfter some time had
pass you said you would take that car and that is when the mechanic took the
time to check the car and he found out that the AC condenser and the
compressor/condenser hose assembly needed to be replaceOur mechanics are
independent so they have their own scheduleAs you could see it has been an
issue on both sides yours and ours

the appointment for Friday the 8th between to 4:please come prepare to
talk to our finance company since we won’t be able to finance you in-house

Mr. [redacted] vehicle was already register to a previous unwind deal so the car had current registration until 10/2014. He was already in default since his first payments. His vehicle was already send for repossession. He got vehicle...

impounded twice due to suspended license. First time we got the car out and pay for impound fees, because we came to an agreement with the customer that he was going to get current on his payments and impound fees; which he was also on default. Second time, we repossess the vehicle out the impound. He then had thirty days to get caught up with all his payments but he never brought any payments. Instead he just came threatening us to give his car back because he was car less or he would take us to court. We have proof of his incomplete and late payments, impound releases, accident. We also have the registration that began under his name but due to repossession we didn't finish the process.

My license was never a reason why the car was impounded; it was due to the expired registration. If the vehicle was at any point of time registered to me I would not of had a problem taking it out from the inpound but that wasn't the case. In both occasions yes the dealership where the ones who payed my impound fee. And on both occasions I reimbursed the dealership for the impound fee. The dealer was supposed to supply me with new tags but they never did, which was in the contract. I know that the delearship was suppose to have my car pass the brake and light inspection before selling me the veichel but yet again they failed to do so.

In regards to this contract customer was in default already and we have send proof of it.
RESOULUTION:
In order for customer to get the vehicle back we are requesting his pay off and the balance that he still owes for impound fees.

I had already pay my inpound fees that was the deal we had in order for me to optain my car those times wich I did already in the past. and they did not fallow there procedures before selling me the vehicle

We are on the works of an agreement should know but Monday 28th.
