Beware very misleading !! We contacted the customer on 3/16/to follow up on the two jobs that we had performed for him in January and March of in order to make sure that he was still satisfied with the service and the workDuring this phone call the
customer stated that he had a sink hole in his front yard, and that he had a roofing issue, and we asked him if he would like us to come out and take a lookHe said yes, and we sent our plumbing and roofing expert out to meet with him that dayHe was given a fixed price quote before proceeding with eachHe approved bothThe sink hole required digging with an excavatorHe gave us a depositWe returned days later after obtaining clearance from underground utilitiesWe performed the task and fixed his sink holeThis is a repeat customer who knows we provide flat rate fixed cost pricingHe complained about the price after the task was performed and wanted the job broken down by material, labor and other internal costsThat is not our policy

The work I received form this company was sub par I have photos if you would like to see them The finish work was horrible Parts of the walls were not sanded down and painted, calking was not professional, there are gaps all around the tub and walls I was accused of giving wrong measurements for a vanity, but I was not the one who measuredThe tile floor in the linen closet was horrible There were holes in the corners, small holes in the drywall, and the small baseboard was never put back When they sent someone different to fix these issues, only wall was fixed They sent him back again to complete the other wall He asked for the paint I gave him a quart can He called me upstairs to show me I gave him the wrong color, but he didn't notice it until he was almost done The company said I would have to pay for him to repaint since it was my fault he was given the wrong color If it had been done perfect the 1st time around, it would never have happened I spent a lot of money, was so excited and cried when it was finally over I finished the painting, and hired someone to come in and fix the caulking Very disappointed Would never use this company again

I had an appointment in January of 2015 for a bath tub replacement and a wall to be built. A man showed up on time for the appointment and took a few measurements, he never wrote a thing down and stated he would email me an estimate the following Wednesday. Two weeks later, I have yet to receive an email or phone call from the company. This turned out to be a $5,000 job and I have gone with another company. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Truly an unprofessional company in my opinion. I guess they don't want my business.

We would NOT recommend Pink Rose Handyman. We hired them because we liked the sales guy, who later gave us advise over the phone about how to remodel our bathroom and then mentioned that he was no longer with the company. I had to call the company and question this since they didn't bother to communicate this information to us. The new sales guy wrote up a new contract but there was still a lot of confusion between the 1st and 2nd contract. And the contractor had no idea what was going on. There was also a lot of miscommunication between the project manager and the sales manager. We were told things from the sale manager that the project manager then said no that's not true. The contractor who came over did such a poor job that you would have thought that this was his 1st time remodeling a bathroom. I was told this guy was with the company for 2 years and I was also told he was with the company 7 years. Either way he did a crappy job. I had to leave sticky notes all over the bathroom to tell him to clean the grout off the shower, to make the tiles flush against the walls, to paint the walls and ceiling so it doesn't look like a toddler did it etc......I'm not even the professional here and I had to tell this guy what to do. Since this guy Pat couldn't do a good paint job after the 4th time, the company started buying our paint and finally brought in a senior contractor. This 2nd contractor had to redo the whole mess the first guy did and was at our house 10-12 hours a day for 5 days. Even he couldn't believe the mess the 1st guy made. Happy that they followed through and cleaned up the mess, but this bathroom should have been done right the 1st time around. We do thank Billy for fixing up this mess. We are presently looking to redo our 2nd bathroom and will be redoing our kitchen in the near future and will NOT consider Pink Rose to do the job.

Another note out of the three companies I worked with [redacted] rip off is the only one that charges for a estimate. Of course didn't tell me that on the phone.
I'm just so glad that he only took me for the 30.00 bucks and not for more he must need it more then me.

This was my first major home repair contract and this company was questionable from the start. I got an estimate for a partial roof repair. I explained exactly what I needed and the man said they could do it and at a reasonable price. Not once did he talk about demolition or cleanup. I accepted the offer and when they arrived the handyman, a different guy than the one who did the estimate, says that they were not supposed to do demo and writes up a demo charge of $750. I tell him that I think that is steep and he goes into a rant about it has to be today, nobody else will get up there after today because of the winter weather. I was pushed into accepting the charge and had the work done because I thought I had no choice. The work that was done was good quality but the worker left a 6ft long, 8in wide gap in my roof. When I called them about it they sent the same worker out who became rude, arrogant and condescending. He refused to fix it that day and later his supervisor, over the phone, claimed they would not close it because "they don't do roofing and the repair they were hired for was finished and the contract was signed that I was satisfied with the work." He claimed he saw pictures, which could have only been from the outside, and the job looked good and finished. Now I have to find second company to close the hole they created and refused to fix.
