I apologize that you feel your wedding was not a success and that staff was being rude to you I spoke with the captain in regards to the yacht running late He said that he got their at 4: Due to the weather (high winds) which made the captain late and it was difficult for the captain to dock the vessel as well There were some guests on the dock when we were trying to tie up which can be very dangerous for the guests The captain told me that he had to yell in order to get their attention, as safety is his number one priority, it's better to alert the guests then have them harmed or in the way as we are trying to dock the yacht in high winds With all that said we extended the charter time by minutes in order to compensate for the yacht being late As for your desserts, I have no idea why they couldn’t leave them on the dock with one of our staff members or in the main office opposed to just taking them and leaving? In regards to the cake, the driver got it there as soon as he could We just touched the dock and our first mate [redacted] grabbed the cake quickly and got it onboard We tried our best to correct the cake being late Also there is still no mention that we gave you an extra minutes of charter time in order to compensate for the yacht being late which was out of our control due to the high winds [redacted] our first mate mentioned that [redacted] and [redacted] thanked him at the end of the night and he wasn’t told about the staff being rude and your other concerns otherwise we would have been able to communicate at that point I was speaking with [redacted] in order to explain the situation that evening I also apologized to her and explained that we will extend the charter time in order to compensate for it being late
