Pacific Avenue Bowl

Review: This bowling alley has arcade machines that they do not stand behind. They have signs up saying that the customer "plays at their own risk" meaning, if the machine takes your money the bowling alley will not refund the money. My family and I were in there today and my oldest child put some money in one of the machines and it did not work. The Bowling alley "customer service" representative gave us a lame excuse that the bowling alley did not own the machines and therefore was not responsible for them.Desired Settlement: 75 cent and a change in policy.

Company states that they have a sign posted stating that consumers play at their own risk They also stated that there are stickers on the machines with the owner of the machines name and phone number on it. If the consumer was unable to find the information they are welcome to ask the front desk and it will be provided to them. The consumer is more then welcome to call us and we will provide the number to the company that owns the machines.
