Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. They have kept these watches for more days after they notified of cancellation of the check that was supposed to be a wire transfer It is absolutely my take that they have replaced working parts with broken parts These watches were evaluated by the watch maker and approved for a wire transfer as you can see clearly by the email The deal was a written deal for a wire transfer of $1950, following evaluation by the watch maker of both watches that remain in the company's possession The emails attached to this complaint verify that the two still in their possession were good and the wire was to take place the same day, which it did not To later state that there is much more repair to be done is frivilous on their part The company has now had time to take parts they needed and replace with broken fake parts I do not need or want an estimate This is a request that the $1950, less the $fee to process same be wired into my account within hours as per the written agreement This company cancelled a check that was deposited into an account that was not supposed to be a check in the first place and was a written agreed upon wire, following evalution by the watch maker I reject receiving now damaged watches back from them that I can do nothing with Additionally, I have incurred bank fees as a result of their scheme Again, if this is not resolved by way of wire transfer, legal action is necessary and will be taken Regards, [redacted] ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The watches were carefully looked at prior to the agreement for them to pay me the $1,I did attach all emails to this complaint verifying all was good with the two watches they kept and their written agreement to wire money into my banking accountThey deal changed the written agreement without my consent or any discussionThere was no misrepresentation as there were no mechanical issues with the watches other than needing batteriesAt this point, it is my perspective that they have replaced parts in the *** and the ***, with non-working or broken parts, as they were fine when the deal was consented to and finalizedA written deal was made, they fully took advantage of a customer selling out of state and have since ruined the watches I trusted them withI do not trust this dealer and this does not satisfy me at allThis was nothing more than a sham setting up a customer for failure and they only gave themselves time to remove and replace parts as suited their needsIf this is not resolved amicably, next step is legalPlease review the emails from beginning to end that were sent in conjunction with this complaint

We buy and sell watches consistently. We agreed to buy 4 watches from this customer. We send her an insured [redacted] label at our expense and the customer sent the watches to us. Our watchmaker checked the authenticity and 2 out of the 4 watches were fake. We notified the customer and told her we would send 2 of them back with a check for the other 2. We overnight her a check and the 2 fake watches the next day. Both watches were quartz movement, battery operated and were not running. We asked our watchmaker to install the batteries and same day he notified us that one watch is broken and can not be repaired. The other watch can be fixed but at a price higher than the actual watch value. We notified the customer same day and told her unfortunately due to the issues we will be overnighting her the other 2 as well. [redacted] apologized and told her that we buy watches all the time but we do not buy broken watches. She told us prior that the watches all 4 were perfect and only needed batteries. 2 watches were fake and the third can not be repaired and the 4th was very expensive to fix. We did not due anything wrong and all the shipping expenses were covered by us. We will not be frauded and ask that this complaint is removed from our companies reviews.Thank you.-[redacted] CEO Pacific Bay Watch Inc.

We can have our watchmaker print out the damages and faults with the 2 watches and the description of the 2 fake watches. We are not commited to buy broken products sent to us. We sent the shipping label to have the watches shipped to us, then sent a check with the 2 watches back also at our expense, in addition today we will be sending the 2 broken watches back again at our expense. The customer has not paid nor lost anything in us trying to buy her watches. If she feels that they watches are a great value she can always then sell them locally. Sorry they are not for us in their current condition. So we feel this complaint is absolutely invalid.Thank you.[redacted]CEO Pacific Bay Watch Inc.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. They have kept these watches for 4 more days after they notified of cancellation of the check that was supposed to be a wire transfer.  It is absolutely my take that they have replaced working parts with broken parts.  These watches were evaluated by the watch maker and approved for a wire transfer as you can see clearly by the email.   The deal was a written deal for a wire transfer of $1950, following evaluation by the watch maker of both watches that remain in the company's possession.  The emails attached to this complaint verify that the two still in their possession were good and the wire was to take place the same day, which it did not.  To later state that there is much more repair to be done is frivilous on their part.  The company has now had time to take parts they needed and replace with broken fake parts.  I do not need or want an estimate.   This is a request that the  $1950, less the $20 fee to process same be wired into my account within 24 hours as per the written agreement.  This company cancelled a check that was deposited into an account that was not supposed to be a check in the first place and was a written agreed upon wire, following evalution by the watch maker.  I reject receiving now damaged watches back from them that I can do nothing with.  Additionally, I have incurred bank fees as a result of their scheme.  Again, if this is not resolved by way of wire transfer, legal action is necessary and will be taken.
