Hello,I just received letters you sent in November and December regarding this complaint The letters were misdirected to an apartment mail box at the rental property.The customer first contacted me online through [redacted] Then in order to save on getting charged the service fee that [redacted] charges he contacted me directly over the phone to reserve a unit The terms of the rental were the same as on-line except that no service fee was charged 25% of the vacation amount was required to book the rental and this was non-refundable This was the same cancelation policy as the on-line booking through [redacted] The customer was told it was non-refundable at the time of booking The customer called almost a month later to cancel his reservation The customer contacted the credit card company and was issued a full refund.Sincerely, [redacted] Pacific Blue Apartments***-***-***
