Review: I paid $45.00 to pacific brochures, got a letter from them in December 2014, I was supposed to receive envelopes in the mail within 3 weeks, it is 60 days has gone by, no envelopes, no nothing. I want to call pacific brochures to get a full refund, but the number they have listed to call is disconnected . All I want is my full refund

My debit card information has completely changed cause my bank changed from one name to a new name. I will give information about that if needed. Please help me to get my full refund. Review: In October 2014 I joined on with Pacific Brochures on their website. I paid $45.00 with my credit card which also explained that you would get that money back once you sent out 200 envelopes. I received my information pack on 10/25/14 and read thru the information and it stated to wait 3 wks. and if you did not start receiving envelopes, to call the customer service# ###-###-####, which I called on 11/25/14 and left a message with person on voicemail, but I was never contacted by anyone. I called again Sunday 11/30/14 and the number is no longer in service, and I called again today with the same result, disconnected.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and thought it was a reputable company because they had a good rating with Revdex.com.

Review: THIS COMPANY SAID I CAN MAKE $1 FOR EVERY ENVELOPE I MAIL . I CALLED THEM ASKED ALOT OF QUESTIONS AND THEY MADE EVERYTHING SOUND REAL GOOD . Review: Two months ago I got ahold of pacific brochures in san diego California spoke with a person and everything which made me feel like this line of work would be good stuffing envelopes they ask for a one time fee of 50 dollars to be able to receive there product to make back my money they was suppose to send envelopes and brochures to stuff and mail out I have not to this day gotten anything I have attempted many calls an answering service now answers forwards me to a line they say to leave a message and someone will call back no one does call back when I first signed up and was sending them money they was more than glad to talk to me not sure what else to do but want to put the word out I also do not have extra money to waste like this but hopefully something can be done so they do not take advantage of othersDesired Settlement: It would be nice to get my 50 back but if anything shut them down

First off we do not have a voice mail, you stay on hold until the next operator is available. If you hang up before that you will not be able to talk to them. If you would like a refund please return everything in reusable condition and one will be issued within a week. These simple directions are on EVERY SINGLE PAGE OF OUR WEBSITE.

Review: On May 13th I paid $45.00 for their envelope opportunity I found on their website. Before purchasing I called and spoke to a rep who explained how the process worked and originally told me I would get the product within 3 weeks. After a few weeks I received a small booklet with other possible ways of making money. I called at the beginning of June I believe to see why I hadnt gotten the envelopes yet. The woman I spoke to said it hadnt been long enough that I would receive them by June 17th. I waited. I hadnt received anything so I tried calling for two days but the lines were always busy. Recording said please call again later. I finally got ahold of someone on June 25th. I spoke to a woman who passed me on to customer service who said he would give my message to the correct department. I had just looked Pacific Brochures up on the Revdex.com and saw it had complaints the same as mine so when I kept getting passed around I was a little leary on if I would hear back from anyone. When the second gentleman took my call and said I would get a call back I Told him that I hoped to hear from someone because I just saw the complaints on the Revdex.com and didnt want to have to make a complaint as well. Just wanted a call back. Within 1 minute a woman called back yelling at me that shes not taking threats from me, which I didnt feel I made, and that she would refund my money. I tried to explain I wasnt threatening anyone, I just saw the site and was concerned. She continued to be nasty and then said she would refund my money as soon as I returned the pamphlet that was sent to me. A pamphlet I didnt think I needed to keep because I paid to do envelopes not look at other businesses to pay to work. Then she tried telling me that the info I got stated the envelopes were coming from another company not them. I PAID Pacific Brochures for this opportunity not a third party. Because I mentioned the Revdex.com now all of a sudden she isnt responsible for the product not being delivered. In their advertisement it states that THEY mail out and pay for the service.Desired Settlement: Refund of $45.00 ....They need to change their advertising

I don't have the shipping number because it has been over 1 month since I sent them back the package and they told me once they got the package back I would have a refund within 1 week and here it has been over 1 month and I have not gotten my money back and you can tell them if I don't get my money back I will get a lawyer and sue them for false advertisement .

Review: I'm a recent parolee from the Illinois D.O.C. I came across a advertisement from Pacific Brochures to be a envelope stuffer for their company. I was to pay $35 for a upfront fee to assure I was a serious candidate for employment. This fee would also include a Home Workers Guide. I was suppose to wait at least 3 weeks before I was sent the envelopes with addresses to stuff & mail. I was to be paid a $1 for every envelope stuffed. I also paid $15 for a first class mailing service. So I paid a total of $50 to start working for this company. It has been over 2 months & I've yet to receive anything. When I call my calls go unanswered or I'm transferred to a line in which this person never answers, and I'm left to leave messages - in which also go unanswered. Please help me in this matter because there's nothing more I can do.Desired Settlement: Refund

This Business had 3 months to get in touch with me, and I was never contacted. Upon all my attempts for them to right the matter, I wasn't able to talk with anyone. So I do not wish to do business with them, but rather have the $50 I invested with them refunded to my credit card account.

Review: The reason I am complaining about this particular business is because I was very dissatisfied with their service. I sent them money and I waited for the envelopes and booklets they promised I'd receive. I waited, but I started to get worried why I hadn't received anything yet. So I decided to call them and inquire about what was going on. I was given a tracking number and I may have heard the lady wrong because the tracking number wasn't valid. I was furious and I called the company back to get the tracking number again. The woman I spoke with was acting as if I had no right calling back to make sure I wrote the right tracking number down. I was very upset and I asked her why was she taking a particular tone with me and she said that I was trying to call them a liar. Those weren't my words at all. Any human being that sees work at home via the internet is skeptical, but I trusted the fact that they could be legit. I was wrong because she told me she saw in their system that the shipment had taken place on 5/14/2014. Which wasn't true. That's when the transaction was processed and electronically received. There wasn't any shipment. She also told me I couldn't look it up to see if it had been shipped on my own. I asked to speak to a manager and I was devastated that she told me she was the manager. She told me goodbye and hung up. Of course I called back several times and she didn't answer. So I decided to look further into them. Which is something I should have done the first day. Shame on me, but as of right at this moment I haven't receive anything. If I happen to do so before I get a response from you I will be sending it back. I just want my money back and I have learned to not trust WORK AT HOME SITES. I hope there is something you can do.Desired Settlement: I just want to be done with them. I saw that the transaction was pending on my account and I disputed the transaction. If the bank doesn't refund my money, I want to receive a refund from them for their scam.

I don't know a nice way to put this but NONE OF WHAT SHE IS SAYING IS TRUE. She filed a complaint with the Revdex.com the same day she signed up! She was belligerent with the customer service rep AND DID CALL HER A LIAR. She is the one who took the number down wrong, not her! Here is the confirmation number showing that it WAS DELIVERED. USPS.com [redacted]. After that we banned her from the program and her money was refunded. Here is the confirmation.

Review: I received my Pacific Brochures Home Workers Guide today( without the envelopes like promised). I called to get assistance on what steps were next, I was told someone would call me back today by someone who kept hanging up in my face!!! When the supervisor finally called me,she was just as rude and nonchalant as her assistant. She said that she was standing next to him and he didn't hang up on anyone, I said then if you knew I was calling repeatedly for you then how come you didn't just get the phone? Apparently,you weren't too busy!! I have multiple recorded conversations when he hung up while I was still asking general questions, I admit I became very irate after being hung up on multiple times... way for us to know exactly when the envelopes will come in. Two to three weeks

is our best estimate. You are extremely rude and used profanity. What did you think was going to happen? Of course they are going to end the call. That is what they are trained to do.

Review: Signed up to Pacific Brochures to work from home. The agreement was that I would make $700 - $1400 a week stuffing envelopes that would be mailed to me by the interested parties. I have asked several of the staff in the customer services department about the validity of the claims and all were reassuring. Many indicated that they also work in the system to make additional money. I started this 6 weeks ago and with a multitude of contact with the company they have not responded to anything I have contacted them with other than give it another week and you should have the envelopes coming.

Nothing has happened yet to allow me to make the money back that I have put into this or meet the agreement that the company I had.Desired Settlement: Send the means for the agreement to be met!

Review: This company ran an ad in our local paper offering a work from home opportunity to stuff envelopes that they provided with material that they provided and we didn't have to do a thing and these people would already be interested and we would be paid a dollar per envelope we stuffed and 20% if they bought product. Well come to find out all I get is a flyer to stick in people car windows and in stores windows hoping people take me up on that and send me a self addressed stamped envelope and then from there we let them know what envelopes we get. AND ITS 100% GUARANTEED!!! So I emailed them and said thanks but no thanks this is not what you said when you were selling me the product, you said you would mail me the envelopes and that is not the case so I would like my money back. So I go back into my email today to email them again and I cannot pull up their websites and emails are being returned to me and so far no refund of a so far guaranteed opportunity. Also the number on my bank statement no longer works either. About three weeks ago consumer paid $35.00 for a work-at-home starter pack kit. Consumer has contacted Pacific Brochures by telephone and the company has not returned consumer’s calls.

Each attempt consumer makes to email Pacific Brochures, consumer gets an error message.

Pacific Brochures has been a wonderful experience thus far. I enjoy the freedom of making my own hours to accommodate my lifestyle.

I have been working from home through Pacific Brochures for almost 6 months now. I am a very independent person and I am impressed at how well it is working out. I have my home office where I go when it is time to work.

If you believe that you are a self-motivated person who can work with little supervision and are confident enough to learn and make decisions on your own then I would definitely recommend Pacific Brochures... It's fantastic!

I making money already! I have been working for 3 weeks and already made money, not very much but this is a good start for me. This is just great! Thank you!

To date 9/3/14 ordered this program 7/31/14 and have not received anything. Called 6 x's, put to voice mail no response back. Sent 2 "Contact us" messages, got threatened to be taken to collections if I reverse the charge for not receiving product or service paid for! Sent the only material, greeting info, I received back requesting refund as outlined in threatening response. I do not doubt other people have had a better relationship with this company. At this point in time I feel they are very selective, will not communicate, will not follow thru with program offered, will not research delay but be defensive and intimidating. My bad for not researching them here in the first place. Will not happen again!!!
