Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowDear Revdex.com From *** [redacted] Revdex.com complaint # [redacted] Dear Revdex.com Pacific Business Management , [redacted] most resent letter is very upsetting , with no truth in it that I can seeFirst it couldn't have taken or people to work on my account ,only one debt was settled ,with probably I phone call [redacted] says that to try to justify him charging advance fees that are not legal .It took a year before I discovered that they had robbed the RAM (escrow acct.) then I told RAM (escrow acct.)to put a hold on the account until I could find out what was going on .I never said that I embellished anything , I never said thatAfter several minplus phone calls with [redacted] where he tells me how lucky I am be cause he charges everybody else way more than he did me [redacted] s version of reasonable / equitable agreement is great for him and him onlyPBM never told me that there fees would be in advance .I would have never agreed to that His defamation of character legal action is to threaten me into letting him keep my money.Anything butt give my money back that they weren't authorized to take from the start [redacted] thinks that he's out smarted the Federal Trade Commission laws that ban advance fees to protect consumers from dishonest debt settlement companiesPlease see copy of FTC rules for debt settlement company's that I sent in with my second letter [redacted] PBM calling me names and threatening me in hopes that I will give up .I am the victim here , this is how they do businessI have tried to give them a chance to make this right, all I have asked for is the unearned money they took from the RAM account nothing moreSo far all of PBM offers have been not acceptable Regards, [redacted] ***

We have been working with this client for over a year We asked for her to send in financials back in February on her [redacted] lawsuit We contacted her for weeks and she never sent them in until May 2017! We have been contacting her for months and she hasn't replied We have also been calling her now every few days for over weeks and she hasn't called back to discuss her account(s) We can/will help her with all of the accounts when she contacts us, but it can't be a one way street

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowPacific Business Managements (PBM) [redacted] is not being truthfulI have mad many calls to PBM, and spoke with [redacted] several timesWhen I called them they would say they were waiting for me to send a settlement offer when I got one in the mailThey claim to comply with the Federal Trade Commission laws banning advance fees to protect consumers from dishonest debt settlement companiesThey said all settlements must be approved by the customer in advanceThey said there will be NO advance fees in their contractThen they took advance fees anyway [redacted] told me their contracts are designed to get around the FTC laws once I confronted himHe laughed at me and told me “no one ever gets a penny back.” In the FTC put a ban on advance fees for companies of this typeThey can only charge a fee for each debt they settle for AFTER the debt has been settled, not beforeMy fee was supposed to be 10% on each settlement, not 10% of all of them upfrontThere is no fee schedule in my contract, and I would never have agreed to this [redacted] said because of the month length of my payments I was going to be sued by many of the creditorsThis was the first time they said anything about thatI feel that PBM took my money in advance instead of using it to settle with creditors, which maybe a reason for thisAlso, I plan to settle these accounts much sooner than the months and need the return of the unearned fees to help pay for themI am only asking for the unearned fees as per the FTC lawsI did NOT cancel the contractWhen I found out they had taken the money from the RAM (escrow account) without my “ok” I put a hold on that account, so I could find out what was happeningAfter I placed the hold they attempted to take more out, and the RAM (escrow account) sent what was leftover back to meI was never given any other options for payment plans from PBMUpon speaking with [redacted] said he could not give my money back because he has multiple lawsuits against him that he is having to payingThey offered me a refund of only $out of the $owedI find this unacceptable Regards, [redacted] ***

Per the original agreement Ms [redacted] was made aware that Pacific Business Management is unable to represent her in any legal matter nor can we predict a lawsuit from being filedWe had made several attempts negotiate a resolution on the matter; however, we were unable to connect with Ms [redacted] to secure a resolution prior to the judgment being obtainedWe have since resolved this matter with Ms [redacted] and agreed to apply fees previously deducted to her remaining accountsPlease enter a satisfaction of this complaintThe client has agreed to continue as a client with our company.Thank you, [redacted] Manager###-###-####

I was skeptical at firstBut four years later, and we're only a few months from being done with our defaulted student loanThis company is highly ethical, and has knowledgeable, courteous, and hard working employeesI've recommended this company to others and will continue to use PBM for my credit score and debt needs going forward

Pacific Business Management ensured me that they were going to help me with my credit card debt They did let me know that they would taking a small percent in the beginning and then they would begin settling with my creditors I turned over to them my D*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** and began letting the cards go into default My first payment was on 10/21/ Since then, I have paid them which only is set aside to begin settling anything, which means they have collected in fees and have made no attempts to settle any of these debts In December, *** served me a summons for the debt and PBM told me they were arranging $per month payment setup out of my account This never happened and as of August 4, 2017, I was given a judgment to pay *** the whole amount plus court fees They refuse to refund my money in whole and have not settled any of the debts

Best company ever to help you with your debt solutions

I am so pleased with the help and customer service I got from this companyBy them managing my debt it seriously improved the quality of my lifeMy credit is points higher and I owe it all to themThank you pasific business management

This company was supposed to resolve my credit card debt, after months they collected from me with nothing resolvedI ended up with a lawsuit from one of the credit cowhich I had to hire a lawyer to handleThey were supposed to contact the credit card companies so they would quit calling me and that never happenI called them to cancel their service and ask for a refund of some of the they took up front for doing nothing except ruining my creditI know they had a lot of fees like maintenance fee RAM fee and service fee in the months they billed meI think I should be entitled to some of the they took in advanceAll I got was that was in the Ram account after they took all their fees which I feel was not earned for what they did

This client was given full knowledge of what to do on his lawsuit he received. We had every intention of resolving that debt and every other one he had enrolled in the program. We spoke with him back in December and told him we would work something out with him IF he decided to cancel
the program permanently. It is our opinion that he didn't need to hire an expensive attorney for such a small debt that he got a lawsuit on. We could have settled it and/or set up temporary payments until such time he had enough money available to settle it. He was adamant about spending more time, energy and money on an attorney and told us his intention was to file Bankruptcy. We told him that is his choice and IF he decided to cancel our program and file Bankruptcy, we would work something out with him. We also told him in December of that we would keep his account "open" until he instructed us otherwise. And IF he couldn't qualify for Bankruptcy, we would start over wherever he left off anytime in the next TWO YEARS of that date. We have helped 1000's of Americans get out of debt and occasionally they get lawsuits during the program. We explain this several times in the sales process and it is also in writing several times throughout the paperwork this client signed. We are still able to settle an account even after a lawsuit has been initiated. We can normally settle them for around 40-50% of the current balance saving client's $1000's of dollars. This client was frustrated for no real reason(s) and decided to try and handle this situation on his own. He probably paid some attorney $1000's of dollars for something we could have done as a part of our service(s). We would be happy to discuss this matter with him personally again. He left and never called back to discuss the cancellation and/or what his final intentions are/were. We are requesting that he calls in and speaks with one of our managers during business hours to resolve his dispute once and for all. That was our intentions in December, and that is still our intention here in late January 2017. We pride ourselves in providing great customer service and we live answer our phones 99.9% of the time during business hours. We also have an answering service for the times that we are not here. Therefore, we are here for him (and all of our clients) 24/7, days a year. Please contact us back and we will discuss your situation(s) and come to a reasonable resolution regardless if you decide to cancel your program or not

This client is not being truthful in his statements. We did everything that we were supposed to do for him. He chose a smaller payment plan that was less than 50% of what he used to pay on his unsecured debt. We DID get him results on one of his accounts as promised and saved
him 70% off the original balance on that account. He was in the process of saving money to settle the next debt in our program and then decided to cancel and ask for a full refund. At least different people have worked on his file and we didn't "ROB" him like he said in this complaint. He was/is on track to save $10's of $1000's of dollars in our program and then HE decided he wanted to cancel. It wasn't because of anything we did wrong as we haven't. We have called to talk to him repeatedly over the past few weeks and he doesn't return any phone calls to discuss his account. He was not "lied to and robbed" as he is stating. He has been in the program for over a year now and has seen the results we assured him would take place. Now he is running out of money and can't afford to fund the program any longer from what we ascertained. Therefore, he is trying to cancel the program and have us refund monies that were agreed to IN WRITING and signed by him. This client says the "money was not authorized for them to take"!? That is absolutely 100% not true. We have a fully executed agreement showing the drafts and everything was/is spelled out 100% for all client's including this one. We have repeatedly reached out to this client and would be happy to discuss options to resolve this matter. We are here everyday from at least 8-PST and we have a hour answering service. We can't work with him if he doesn't call us back to discuss his account. We look forward to speaking with you and resolving this matter once and for all

PBM is a debt settlement company , the ram acctthat they set up was robbed by them with out my permission as per our agreement , also they sent me statement showing much larger amount in acct .then there really was to cover them selves, this was a yr plan to settle debts when I became disablednow I have been lied too and robbed .It was per month appox 4yrs to settle debt ,I was told it would only take about months thou by *** *** , They have taken $in debits from me so far ,I have stoped the debits from coming out in future,

I want to share a negative experience I have had with a representative named CheyanneShe was rude to me on occasions, and when I complained about her bad attitude she proceeded to hang up on me twice when I asked for her supervisorThen, after I called back more times, she blatantly told me that she was the only one there that could help me but that she was NOT going to help me with the very important matter we were discussingI am outraged that I was treated that way as a customer

I was skeptical at firstBut four years later, and we're only a few months from being done with our defaulted student loanThis company is highly ethical, and has knowledgeable, courteous, and hard working employeesI've recommended this company to others and will continue to use PBM for my credit score and debt needs going forward

I signed up with PBM years ago (11/2015) due to credit card debtAt this time, I had made them aware that I had last made any kind of payment in 2012/2013, and that I was no longer receiving any correspondence from any of these creditorsThey explained that they would be negotiating with these creditors in order to come to a resolution for much less than I owedFor the last years, I’ve been paying $500/month for a total of about $18,only to have ONE account (the one I owed the least on) resolved while they have been raking me over with monthly feesWhat they did not tell me is that Pa has a year statute of limitations on creditors being able to bring litigation, which these creditors had already missed since about There is really no benefit to settling these accounts since they are past the statute of limitations and since this comes off of my credit report in another years (ironically this is also when my payments end)I feel this company took advantage of me a

I entered into a PBM plan one year ago, not behind on any bills, but facing the certainty of being there quickly with a $loss of income One year later and months of $payments, THEY tell me that I am not right for their program When I look at my savings account with RAM that is where my payments have been going, there is NO MONEY Ok to be fair $ 10% of what I was saving was their The rest was their FEES! Three lawsuits, THREE! Where are they now? They won't even give me a copy of my file so I can see what they did 5K gone, and now facing a BANKRUPTCY, which is what I wanted to avoid! In speaking with an attorney he said "That is the worst program I have ever heard of!"
Don't use these ripoff artists! SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!!!

PBM Has proven to be very unreliable as they immediately hold all funds against the contract you signNothing of over $initially given to them was ever applied to any accountThey claim to charge $per account settled but when it comes down to it they never offered settlement in over years to any company I had on file with themThe only settlement I had was one who contacted me and I cleared it myselfThis company is a total scam and I will be turning them over to real lawyers to handle them very soon

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. There response is incorrect! They have made no effort to contact me. I can provide my phone log and email account information to show there was no contact since May when I was contacted by [redacted], to whom I submitted the information she asked for until I made contact with them yesterday. I did receive two calls from them, which they left no message, after I contacted Revdex.com. If they are claiming they made these efforts, please provide me with prooof and I will get documentation from the phone company to show they are falsifying their statements. They have stated they were making a payment arrangement with [redacted] and in August, the payment arrangement still hadn't been made. Also, I have been with them since October 2015, which is two years.  They have also failed to negotiate with any creditors. Also, they cannot justify where all this money is going will I am being sued.
Regards,
