Hello,
We are and have been trying to resolve any issues with this customer and their vehicle.  We tried to fix the vehicle but ended up subletting the vehicle to West Borne Chrysler, as they are a Chrysler Dealership, to get vehicle fixed. We try do what is best for the...

customer with getting it fixed properly and in a timely fashion.   The repairs were not covered under the extended warranty but we reimbursed her for the repairs.  We also provided her with a rental vehicle at no charge for the duration of all service visits.  She was instructed to take the vehicle to West Borne Chrysler to get vehicle repaired.  The Chrysler dealer has attempted to fix the vehicle 3 times at no charge to the customer.  The customer was instructed to take it directly to the Chrysler dealership because she was using profanity in the New Car Showroom in front of other customers and she would not put gas in the rental that we gave her free of charge. 
We have went to great lenghts to ensure that this customer is satisfied.  There is no reason for us not to get the car fixed.  We are paying at our own expense to get the vehicle fixed, along with all the days we had her in the rental vehicle.

And they told me that Westborn was not even charging them. Everybody at that dealership is beyond rude to me. Nobody was listening to me. Plus they tried to hold my keys hostage I had to literally snatched them out of their hand. Please tell them I don't appreciate them lying on me about this situation. Why should it take 7 different times to fix my car for the same problem.
