Review: I recently purchased a home and was dealing with [redacted] from this company. We had a conversation in the beginning of the purchase. He gave me a few options to move forward faster with the purchase of the home. He told me either pay my debt or give more for the purchase for the home since my credit was a little low. So we decided I won't have to pay what was on my credit including my car that was only 2,400 dollars left of the remaining balance. So agreed to that and moved forward with the purchase. So while in escrow he had [redacted] in his dept send me an email telling me that I needed to pay the car off because supposedly escrow did a few changes that he wasn't aware of. I informed him if I had to pay addition money besides the 20,000 then I might have to stop the process and take my loss for the money that was for given for escrow. He called me the following day and offered to pay me 1,000 if I paid the car off. So I went ahead and made the payoff payment for the car. He said that since we had talked about the car not needing to be payoff in the beginning and he wasn't aware that escrow had made changes he would personally issue me a check for 1,000. He said that as soon as escrow closed he would issue me a check with that amount. So escrow closed and he final papers were received from escrow and I was having a difficult time getting that check from [redacted]. I made several attempts to contact the real estate agent [redacted] and nobody would tell me when this check was going to be be issued. After many attempts finally spoke with [redacted] and told me that the check was in the mail and would be received Sat no later than Monday. The check arrived Monday and for the amount for 700 dollars. [redacted]'s excuse is that due to me receiving a check from escrow he was only issuing me the rest of the 1,000 that he had told me. This was NEVER the agreement! First of all I never knew that escrow would be sending me let alone the amount of the check. I feel [redacted] has made false promises in order to proceed with purchase.Desired Settlement: Make an official report againt this man ([redacted]) if all possible report him to whoever provides his credential and of all possible receive the rest of the amount that was promised to me. he's made promises to me to move forward with a huge purchase, like a home of 249,000 dollars he's been probably doing the same to other clients. People like him make very hard to trust people that are in that field. Is Is always heard of fraud with the loan officers.
