Review: I was a patron at the car wash on Pacific Avenue on Friday, 1/15/2016. the address I provided was a business card provided by their general manager, Mr. [redacted], [redacted]. The receipt address is Chevron, [redacted], STN# [redacted]. When the car wash service was completed, I shifted my [redacted] Element into drive out the car wash drive way, while driving I recognized my gear shift was twisted and broken, it broke apart when I went down the street. I returned to the car wash immediately and spoke to Mr. [redacted]. I informed him my car was in good condition when I arrived and one of his employees broke the gear shift, they broke the gear shift so bad the wiring to the overdrive was ripped apart. he went and asked his employees, of course they all denied it. I informed him they put it back together to try and cover up the damage so I wouldn't notice. Mr. [redacted] apologized. I informed him that I wanted to be reimbursed for this damage. He gave me names of the owners, Mr. [redacted] and Ms. [redacted], [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] asked me not to call his owners that he will contact them. I then kept in contact with Mr. [redacted]s. He continually would text me that the owners would contact me. I finally contacted Mr. Navonne telephonically on the following week, he passed the phone to Ms. [redacted] who informed me that their employees drive hundreds of cars and never had any issues. I informed Ms. [redacted] that my car is a certified [redacted] and was not in that condition when I arrived and her employees damaged my car and I want to be reimbursed The $435 that it is going to cost me to repair. Ms. [redacted] was very rude and said that their not going to pay for damages. I informed her then, I'll see you in court. Note: I had immediately drove to Lodi [redacted] on 1/15/2016 and got an estimate and informed Mr. [redacted]s telephonically the damaged cost this same day.Desired Settlement: I want the damage repair cost reimbursed back to me, $435. If I have to go to court, I also want the court fees reimbursed. My car is being repaired on 1/29/2016. I'm paying out of pocket for their company's negligence and damage to my property, [redacted] Element.

Review: I have been taking my car to this car wash for over 8 years. Within that time I have not taken it to any other car wash. The washes were good and lately they have been offering what is called a 40/40 for a 40 minute hand wax for $40.00. I have been a loyal customer. One day there was a sign out for a leather treatment which I had never had done before. It turned out to be the worst $20.00 I have ever spent. My seats are ruined. They went from black to streaked grey. It is really odd that these people who supposedly deal with cars on a daily basis cannot see that my seats, as well as the steering wheel and other side panels, etc., have been compromised by whatever was put on my car. Since this happened I have spoken to the distributor rep for the product which was supposedly put on my car and have been back to the car wash to discuss what can be done several times. They had my car for one entire day to "recondition" the seats. It did not work. Yesterday I went to our local [redacted] dealer, [redacted], to have their service reps look at my car. The minute he opened my car door his reaction was obvious - the seats have been ruined. Then his boss looked at my seats - same reaction. I have everyone's cards and names which I will be glad to give to whomever if this is ever checked out. I received a recommendation for where to get my seats reupholstered. At this point I am just plain dumbfounded at how this problem which I have had with Pacific Car Wash has gone this far. No one is taking responsibility for the obvious "destruction" of my beautiful black [redacted] seats!!! And to even take this further, I have had no follow through from anyone at the car wash to say "I'm so sorry" or to take any responsibility whatsoever. The longer this goes on the more upset I get. My warning to everyone taking their cars to this car wash - just hope that nothing happens to your car because not one person will take responsibility for what happens there.Desired Settlement: My seats need to be replaced - both front and back. The leather has been irreversibly compromised. For these people to continue to tell me that they can't see anything wrong is unimaginable. Nothing can even be done to the rest of the parts of the car which have been damaged.
