I picked up my blouse from this dry cleaner, which is the only dry cleaner I'd been going to for over five years, and did not notice until a month or two later (when I went to wear it) that it was completely ruined and had been pinned together so the damages would not be obvious I took the blouse in to discuss with the owner and she looked up my account on her computer and tried to tell me I had never brought a blouse in there before I leaned over the counter and looked around at her screen and saw it said I had brought a total of blouses in in the last few months She then tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with my blouse (which was ridiculous) and then she tried to tell me that it must have happened when when the previous owner was there (she had bought the existing dry cleaning business but that was over two years ago, back in 2015)When I asked her for a refund she got very hostile, threw me out and told me never to come backI understand that things go wrong sometim
