Review: I paid for my car to be detailed at Pacific Auto Detail, when I picked up my car I noticed my car clock was no longer working. The receptionist said the tech was not there at the time and if I could return at another time for them to repair it. I replied yes, I returned an additional time and the tech was unable to repair it and they asked if I could come back. My third attempt, they referred me to [redacted] and the repairman stated that it was a common problem that can sometimes occur as a result of a interior car detail. I returned to Pacific Auto Detail and informed them. [redacted] stated he would have to contact the owner who was out of town and he would follow up with me about the repair. I waited for a call, after 10 days passed, I call the [redacted] and spoke with [redacted]. He replied that the owner refused to pay for my repair that was a direct result of my interior detail. IDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund for my detail and my car clock repaired, I have visited the Pacific Auto many times and called many times for my car clock repair, I am upset and disappointed in their unprofessional service.

Review: On 9-18-2014 I took my vehicle in to be detailed as they were recommended by a co-worker. The detail came out fine except for scratch on my leather seat. I was very specific I did not want the interior touched. I told the manager and was told there was no way they did it and insisted they were not responsible. They drove the car in and out of there service area and the scratch is right where a driver gets in vehicle. After arguing back and forth he then took my information and told me I would be contacted by there leather repair tech and I have not been contacted. The scratch is minor and the sales manager said he was tired of people blaming stuff on his guys. I told him I do not care about those incidents I only want my car fixed. So I am asking for your help regarding this situation.Desired Settlement: I would like them to repair the scratch on my driver side leather seat.

A little taken back to have received this email when I had responded 2 weeks

ago and included pictures with my response.

Anyways, we did have the opportunity to work on [redacted]

[redacted] GTR but did not scratch the seat. There are 2 imperfections in the

leather which are discolorations is the dye. NOT a scratch.

I have attached pictures of the seat which shows the

circular white spot in the leather just above the controls. That is a rub mark

not feasible with wiping the dust off. There is an elbow discoloration on the

center arm rest, another spot on the proliferated leather and a scratch on the

door which Mr. [redacted] is not accusing us of damaging.

We have the means to repair anything if damaged but to be

responsible for a circular dye imperfection is unreasonable. Wiping the

interior with a micro-fiber soft towel will not create all the damages in his

car.

We value Mr. [redacted]’s opportunity to wash and perform a

color-sand repair on his bumper but this circular white discoloration certainly

did not happen while in our care for the 2 hours of service.

GTR’s are low profile cars and since Mr. [redacted] wears a gun

holster, he needs to realize that either the holster is creating the rub mark

or the company which did the modifications to his car damaged it. I do not see

the other company creating a wear mark so it must be his gun holster.

At this point, we will not be re-dying his leather since we

did not damage it.

Review: I scheduled online to have them come and pick up my to detail it I read the information there was no were about me being out of area I got a email to confirm then I got a call day of to confirm then a few min before they call to tell me that I was out of the area I spoke to them in the morning I told them that I was a single mother and my son WAS disabled so I found them online because I was not able to come to them and I needed someone to come to me to take and bring the car back . they told me that they would contact two people to contact me and they would me give me a call after that I never herd from anybody I called the office back and there was total disregard to the fact that they drop the ball and were quick to wash there hands of it and didn't care to take consideration there mistake and just left me to be I expressed that I needed to get my son to Temecula the next day and really needed to get the care wash for him to be as comfortable as possible since it was a ways drive that is used to and I need to be able to keep him calm since it is just me I was very hurt over there lack on consideration and I feel that they lack customer service skills [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like for them to complete the services I had requested as they should have the day of and it be a there cost.
