Also a man named [redacted] called me once (message was on my recorder) to discuss the situation, however I had already contacted Revdex.com and Pacific had been notified by Revdex.com. Review: I purchased some building materials($340.10) on May 29, 2015. I asked about the return policy for unused materials. Mr. R. [redacted] explained that any material I did not need could be returned. I ask him to write that on the invoice, which he did, he wrote "OK to return must be in salable condition" which it was when I returned the unused materials on June 1, 2015(2 days after original sale) The credit refund should have been $88.48 materials $6.75 sales tax total of $95.23. I was not given the correct amount of credit but Mr. [redacted] applied a restocking fee of $13.27 and deducted it from the $95.23 total. The total refund I was given was $81.96. I was never told about a restocking fee when I purchased the materials.Desired Settlement: Refund Credit due of $13.27 from Pacific Supply Co.

There is a notice behind our sales counter clearly stating our restocking fee policy. However, had the customer contacted us directly to let us know she was upset, we'd have gone ahead and credited her the amount at the time as customer satisfaction is very important to us. We've tried several times to contact her but have gotten no response, so we have mailed a check for the $13.27 to her. We value any business a customer chooses to give us, and hope this customer will now be satisfied
