Hello Mr***, I have reviewed your claim with the Revdex.com and understand that you are accusing our company of not allowing you to use your own lender and also you are claiming that your Real Estate agent was the "procuring cause” of your visit to our community. Mr***, your
registration card that you completed states that you heard about us by family/relatives and website, yet your Revdex.com claim indicates that you wanted to take a tour of our models from an advertising from Olympic Parkway, an open house? My first concern is that we don’t do open houses? So I’m not sure what advertising you are referring too? We are a new development and don’t advertise for open housesMy second and greatest concern is that you claim you met *** at Tosara on your first visit, without your realtorSee attached Broker Client Registration Form that is required for all brokers to complete upon the first visitwith their client. Mr***, your broker/realtor did not accompany you on your first visitPlease review the attached documents that has been sent to our legal department for review as wellI am unclear as to how *** would be able to tell you prior to your visit that your realtor had to register you? That was your first visit and your realtor did not accompany you, therefore, she made you aware after you indicated that you would be back with your realtorMr***, our policy is in writing, we make all of our visitors aware of this if they visit our sales office for the first timeIf your Realtor was the procuring cause of your visit, he would have accompanied you on your first visit and he did notTherefore, our policy that is attached stands firm. As far as you using Navy Fed, we have done many loans with Navy Fed and have allowed all of our military buyers to use themAs a builder we simply ask that you are pre-qualified with our preferred lender as a policy as wellBy law you do not have to use our preferred lender but we offer it to you as a courtesy to make certain you are aware of the seller incentive and all of your lending options.
