My first concern is that we don’t do open houses? So I’m not sure what advertising you are referring too? We are a new development and don’t advertise for open housesMy second and greatest concern is that you claim you met [redacted] at Tosara on your first visit, without your realtorSee attached Broker Client Registration Form that is required for all brokers to complete upon the first visitwith their client Mr***, your broker/realtor did not accompany you on your first visitPlease review the attached documents that has been sent to our legal department for review as wellI am unclear as to how [redacted] would be able to tell you prior to your visit that your realtor had to register you?
