When I was selling my property the buyers agent recommended a local escrow company that gives senior discounts so I agreedWhen I signed escrow papers and saw the estimated HUD there was a number of charges that I questioned, like the escrow fee of $which is a standard fee for a purchase price of $255k in our area, I asked where the discount was, for which she stated a escrow fee with their company would have been $When I filed a complaint with the Business of Oversight the escrow manager stated that I got a $escrow discount which would have made the escrow fee $985, then in her email to myself she stated that their escrow fee is $for which I got a $discountThe escrow manager is all over the board in her communication to myself not realizing that her story is not straight when it comes to escrow fees and what I was toldI was also charged fees that pertained between title and escrow that I had to pay forThe escrow officer bluntly states in her email to

I would not have been making a complaint if what I was told by the buyers agent, Ms*** and her assistant *** were true this is not something that I could pull out of the blueGood customer service is very important to me as I believe that it builds trustIn reference to Ms.*** response about never having a complaint, sometimes what you don't know can still hurt a company cause if a customer is not happy with the service they just won't go back!

concerns were covered in the explanations. Pacific Coast Escrow Corp. is licensed and regulated by the State of California, Department of Business Oversight. Her first complaint was to my office, the second complaint was to the Department of Business Oversight. We responded and they have received a copy of the response as required. That amount is not included in the below amount and it was $64.20  TOTAL ESCROW FEES- $1,035.00   The actual fees she was charged: Escrow Fee- $750.00 1099/storage fee — discounted - $50.00 Federal express is zoned and weighed accordingly- she did have 2 fed ex charges and she was provided the invoices for proof. That amount is not included in the below amount and it was $64.20  TOTAL ESCROW CHARGES $800.00  Very truly yours, Pacific Coast Escrow Corporation [redacted] Manager
