Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:For one, I never received any invoice of amount due period, nor did I receive any phone call After finally receiving ONE statement from the collection agency, I called immediately and they did offer to send an itemized invoice I did decline because I needed to speak with *** I also tried to call Pacific Imaging, to which I left message and never received a call back from them I then spoke with [redacted] and they stated that normally Pacific Imaging will also void their invoice if they chose to do so [redacted] also said they would speak the collections agency and send them a copy of the charitable invoice As a patient, I assumed all bills associated with my visit would be taken care of (which at the time, I was going through an extremely difficult transition in my life and needed care [redacted] graciously took care of my bill) So it is rather confusing that after ONE visit, I would receive a bill from not only [redacted] but Pacific Imaging as well If Pacific Imaging HAD mailed me, called me, or emailed me- really anything to let me know I had an outstanding bill, I would have paid it in a heartbeat.I WILL pay this bill- I am not disputing the care I received But it is extremely frustrating that I was sent to collections for something that I wasn't aware of It is also frustrating that they continue to tell me they sent statements, which they did not I also never received any sort of statement from the collection agency until I filed this complaint The ball is being dropped somewhere, and it is not on my end of thingsUnless someone is only stealing my mail from Pacific Imaging and the Collections Agency, which is highly unlikely.I still would like a phone call from Pacific Imaging, seems I left a clear voicemail for them and they never bothered to return my call.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

In regards to the complaint against Pacific Coast Imaging, from *** ***, here is what our records show:
She was seen on 10/26/as an outpatient at *** *** ***. She was billed for the $service at the exact same address that she lists on her Revdex.com
complaint. Statements were sent out on 11/15/13, 12/13/13, 01/10/14, and a final notice on 2/10/14. None were returned by the post office and we must assume they were received. The patient made no payment, and no effort to contact us. The hospital did not notify us that she was applying for charitable assistance, but it is not their responsibility to do so. Their decision to forgive her account with them is NOT binding on Pacific Coast Imaging, though we do sometimes follow suit on a case-by-case basis, but only when we receive timely notice. All our efforts were ignored and the account was assigned to *** *** *** on 03/07/14.
*** *** ***(***) began invoicing the patient on 04/10/ They also received no response from her until she called them sixteen months later on 08/31/15. At that time she was offered an itemized copy of the billing. She refused and then hung up on the customer service rep she was speaking to. They have had no further contact with her
*** does not report to credit bureaus and has not since January 2010. I spoke with the owner this morning, who verified they have reported nothing against this patient, on behalf of Pacific Coast Imaging nor any other client they collect for. Ms*** should request a copy of her credit report and read it carefully before making this accusation. --

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
This is ridiculous and insultingAgain, I never received any sort of a bill away, because I never received a billAlso, you should read my complaint again, I never knew I owed you money until I got a letter from the collection agency, so I'm unsure where your confusion is coming fromBut regardless, I really don't appreciate your judgmental attitude towards me.
I have yet to receive a phone call and I HAVE called several times to no availHow about you call me, I'll pay over the phone no problemHeck, had I received a bill in the first place I would have paid itOr, we can keep arguing over $47.
Sincerely,*** ***

I am responding to a rebuttal regarding complaint #***. The complaint was filed against Pacific Coast Imaging by patient *** *** I handle the billing for Pacific Coast Imaging, and after being made aware of this complaint, I did a thorough review of the patient's account. The details of every billing contact are listed below in my email to DrHugh S***, who sent in our initial response to you. I hope these additional details will show that Pacific Coast Imaging did our due diligence in trying to reach this patient
Ms*** was given plenty of time to make payment or contact us for other arrangements. As stated below, NONE of her bills were returned and we must assume they were being received. My impression is that she "assumed", as she stated in her rebuttal, that her bill had been forgiven, and was simply discarding them. We keep notes of every patient call and I have no record of any calls or voicemails from this patient. I am also confused because at one point in her rebuttal, she states that she called the collection agency immediately after receiving one statement from them. Later in her rebuttal, she claims she received nothing from the collection agency until after filing this complaint. How could she file a complaint if she was unaware and hadn't been billed? The collection agency records show they had been billing her since 04/10/14, with no response until 08/31/15, which is the same day she filed the complaint with you
To date we have received no payment for services rendered in good faith nearly two years ago. As a courtesy, we are willing to accept the initial balance due of $as payment in full. The collection agency will also provide written assurance that this IS NOT and WAS NOT ever reported against the patient's credit, despite her claims to the contrary
Please feel free to contact me at the number below with any questions. We look forward to the peaceful resolution of this matter.
Thank you,
Laura H***
