Pacific Coast Iron

We bought a ditch witch trailer in 2021. Still no title. We can not register it. Do not legally own it. Bad deal.

In February I purchased a new LiuGong 9027F from Pacific Coast Iron after talking with their sale manager Adam. Everything went very smoothly until it came time for it’s 50 hour break in service, when I called Cecil Martin their Service Manager to schedule a 50 hour service, they would not return my calls or texts, except one text where Cecil said he would call to set it up! The only reason I purchased from them was from the good reviews I read. If you are in the Northern California area and looking to purchase or rent equipment from Pacific Coast Iron, I personally would go to some other company just from my experience dealing with them!

My Husband just got his contractors license and got tired of spending a ton of money on rentals. I found Pacific Coast Iron on Craigslist. I called and immediately got through to Adam in sales. I picked his brain on possible financing options, different models, attachments, etc. He had a straight answer for everything. The greatest part is he didn't try to get me to spend more money on something we didn't need. I ended up deciding on a Deere skid steer. PCI went through and serviced everything and delivered the unit for free. I had a bunch more questions even after the sale and adam always got back to me right away. I was blown away the level of professionalism and customer service. We will continue to come back to pacific coast iron for all of our equipment needs!
