On 10/24/Pacific Coast Termite went to Mr*** *** residence as per his request to our officePacific Coast Termite inspector met Mr*** at his residence, upon our inspector meeting Mr***, Mr *** pointed out a area
of his concern and what generated his call to our companyMr *** was informed that his concern was a general pest problem and we could give him quote to treat for general pestAt that time Mr *** informed the inspector that his HOAtakes care of the pest control problems and there would be no need to have a bidMr *** called for a report on 12/11/we offered to send out another inspector or the same inspector for a termite (WDO) inspection he refused and just wanted his report we informed him that we don't do reports for general pest
Our ad does indicate a * for termite or WDO reports, we don't offer reports for general pest but a bid for work will be givenWe take our customers service very serious and did offer to return for a free WDO or termite report of his residence and will still honor that

I would like to disagree and clarify some mis-statement
I called Pacific Termite Coast because they had advertised "Free Detailed Inspection" in San Jose Mercury NewsIt doesn't differentiate between Pest or TermiteSince it was Free Inspection, I expected Inspector to thorough check the house for any termite/pest and provide a reportAfter walk through, inspector notified of no such issues verballyI requested a copy of the report and Pacific Termite refused to issue any report
Regardless if there is HOA or Single Family House, Pacific Coast Termite should adhere and backup their advertisement of "Free Detailed Inspection", it is very misleading and advertising
My proposal is very simple - I need Pacific Termite Coast to issue a report of the inspection done in writing
If they are not able to issue one, I would be also submitting a complaint to a State level authority for advertising in newspaper and also contact Channel News and Michael FinneyIn addition, I would also contact SJ Mercury News advertisement department for advertising
I hope Pacific Coast takes this complaint seriously and rectify this issue

[redacted] is correct the door wasn't installed correctly by our company, we did contact Fast Glass to try to fix our mistake. We were never informed that there were anymore issues with the door till the July 4th weekend, we are working with [redacted] to get the door repaired correctly or...
