Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I gave authorization only for diagnostic & specifically requested a call from AAMCO to tell me what specifically was wrong along with price & to
give me the chance to decide whether or not to repair it, because of limited funds. The contact was never made & I was told the cost after the repair was done. My daughter only got involved after this, because her help was needed to finance the majority of this bill. I was clear about everything with the shop and I believe the response is a lie, not a misunderstandingI was bullied to pay this bill with a threat of "theft of services" by the employee of AAMCOSincerely,*** ***
