Pacific Construction was hired as the General Contractor to support my insurance claim from the April Wylie hail storm Since then the number of follow ups and continual run arounds I39ve experienced have been very high as my consideration for hiring someone to handle the entire process was to save time and energy.We went into dispute for a period of time on the claim amt with my insurance company and hired a public adjuster to handle getting the right funds available Now that has been completed and I informed Pacific Construction so we could proceed with final estimate and ordering of materials including the windows we havent had in our home now for months.They have had 40k in insurance funds as the 1st payment since July and have basically done little to no work to date Other than boarding up a few windows and ripping off some siding to then leave the siding and interior insulation exposed.I39ve continually followed up with them and now

Do not hire this company!!!! The owner Jeff *** is a total scammer! He bases the quality and workmanship on the amount of money you have to spend, not on providing a quality product to each customer based on their budget So, if you have less money than he wants for the job, he sends out less experienced workers that aren't going to provide quality work so he can pay them less As contractors typically go, they promise you as the customer more than you ever actually get, then turns it around on you and the fact that your budget isn't enough to do what he said he would do, leaving you with shoddy work done in your home He will go after you financially even if he has no written agreement of payment to do so, this is shady business practices to anyone with any common sense
