It is a surprise to me that Mike is no longer involved in the delivering of the final product. In addition, the first payments were processed through Mike. As far as I am concerned, Mike sold me the boat and I expect that he bears responsibility for the boat delivery. In fact, this is the first I have heard that is no longer involved - I think it will be a surprise to *** as well. He appeared to be involved in the shipment to Anacortes. Thank you, *** ***

Hi [redacted]   I’m responding to the complaint submitted by [redacted].   [redacted]’s complaint should be directed to the company that took over the construction contract.  My position in the deal was an independent manufacturer’s representative of [redacted], which closed their doors...

last year.  I am not an employee nor have I ever been an employee of [redacted].  [redacted]’s contract was directly with the company and all moneys were paid directly to the company, with exception of his initial deposit to start production of his boat, which was immediately forwarded to [redacted].    The new company, [redacted], has agreed to take over the yacht build contract and complete production of the boat.  As of last week, [redacted] with [redacted] had been in a phone discussion with [redacted] and his wife explaining the build finish process of his boat.  From what I understand, [redacted] agreed to having [redacted] finish building his boat and was satisfied with the explanation [redacted] provided about when the boat would be finished.    I’m uncertain about the details, as I have been a sideline party to the entire transaction from day one.  I assisted with specifying the boat and have been as supportive as I’m able to be with limited knowledge about what was happening at [redacted] last year.  All I knew was they were having financial difficulties and production on [redacted]’s boat and 3-4 other customer’s boats was temporarily stopped.  [redacted] was not paying my independent rep commissions either, until the new company assumed the partially finished boat contracts.    To my knowledge, [redacted] is supposed to drop his complaint.    Please let me know what other information you need.   Thanks   Mike     Mike M[redacted] - CBYB PRESIDENT & OWNER
