The customer is being refunded the charge and True Effective Rate is being charged for it , because one of our representatives stole the equipment , and I cannot get it back from themThe refund is issued thru the parent company [redacted] SincerelyRosemary W [redacted] True Effective Rate, LLC*** [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Greg H [redacted] is out right lying about the time I first contacted him about the faulty work he did, however; the last proof of contact via text was on august 14, this is after at least a month of already delaying the work so even if that was the first complaint to MrH [redacted] it is now February 22, As for the ropes yes initially the day of and a week or so after he installed the dock posts my the floating dock was tied securely as possible to both posts with rope until I had heavy gauge chain and bumper rings installed which prevented almost any movement caused from waves or all the " big boats" On september 25, he texted me again to promise to be over to redo the work and also again on October 23rd always with a new excuse why he could not do the repairs, but also telling me multiple times that "I was number one on his list" I will gladly forward all the text evidence of these promises with the date stampsAs for sounding threatening that is completely untrue, however; after months plus of waiting and misssing the whole summer with my dock in disrepair I did tell him on the phone that if he refused to remedy this situation somehow, whether it be a refund of my money to hire someone else to do it correctly or simply do the work himself I would have no other option but to complain to the appropriate agency for assistance in resolving this Sincerely, [redacted] My first text record of informing Mr H [redacted] about the issues with his handiwork are on Aug

Mr. [redacted] had a large concrete float loosely tied next to the pilings I installed. they were meant to keep it in place. However, when large boats went by, the float banged against the pipes loosening them. I first became aware of that last fall of 2016. My barge, crane and... piledriver were not back on Steilacoom Lake until late last fall, much later than I had anticipated. I had some medical issues with my heart and chose not to work over the cold winter. I told Mr. [redacted] I would re-drive the pilings at my expense as soon as I could. He became beligerant on the phone late one Sunday night a few seeks ago and seemed threatening.I expect to have the work re-done for him soon, by sometime in March. I cannot guarantee they will not come loose again if he does not secure the float by boxing it tightly in around the pilings. It is kind of like a hammer and nail If the hammer is held closely to the nail, it cannot be driven in. However, if the hammer comes back several inches and gains momentum it will easily drive a nail in. His float and the pilings are the same way. It must be secured tightly.

I will get the issue resolved by the end of this week Thanks Marla H***

As for sounding threatening that is completely untrue, however; after 7 months plus of waiting and misssing the whole summer with my dock in disrepair I did tell him on the phone that if he refused to remedy this situation somehow, whether it be a refund of my money to hire someone else to do it correctly or simply do the work himself I would have no other option but to complain to the appropriate agency for assistance in resolving this.
